The staff Jeremy was very courteous and pleasant. Went to fix my water heater last Friday unfortunately the parts won't be available by Monday. By Monday they called me first thing in the morning to have a schedule to come a fix the problem. He even asked the supplier of the parts if it still in warranty and true enough I got a big slash off the bill. I will surely refer them to my friends and call them again if I need of their services.

Every thing done well well and I would definitely call them again.

Magnolia responded to my purchase of a heating system diagnostic coupon in a very timely manor and we scheduled service for the next day. Their service technician John showed up promptly and was very responsive and thorough to diagnosing the problem. After determining that additional troubleshooting was required Magnolia worked with me on an agreeable solution. John found a shorted wire that was causing several parts to fail. Two previous repairs by another company missed the short which had caused the same parts to fail. After fixing the short, replacing the defective parts and checking the rest of the system and doing an operational check I am very pleased to report my system is working like a champ. I would definitely choose Magnolia again and request John is the technician.

The technician that came out was on time and was very professional and pleasant. He got right to work and cleaned the dryer vent and then checked that the dryer was working properly and venting properly . I was very impressed with his knowledge of not just the dryer but of Air Conditioning, Heater that I signed up for a twice a year check up of my air conditioning unit. This company has been in business since 1951 and is family owned and operated. I have never been treated so well and with such courtesy from everyone in the company. As I live on just my Social Security they offered to help me by me making very low monthly payments for their services. Also they gave me a 25% discount on parts that might be necessary to replace on my Air Conditioner as it is11 years old. I just can't say enough as to how pleasant my experience has been and I am sure will be in the future.Thankyou Angie's List!!

I was contacted soon after purchasing a coupon/deal for a 22 point AC inspection. I made a an appointment for a time that was convenient for me. Prior to the appointment, I received a letter from the company which introduced the technician who would be coming to my house. The letter included a photo for identification purposes. The technician was on time, efficient, and very professional. There were no additional charges.

John Stoyas was the tech that showed up for the service. He was on-time, provided great service, cleaned up after the work was completed. He was very professional.

Was given appt between 2-4pm. Was called-twice-and notified Jake would be there around 4:15. He was. Appreciate the calls! Very professional and knowledgeable man, had confidence in him from the git-go. Performed the repair and the leak stopped. He further gave us valuable information about future A/C wall unit replacement and other information that saved us from unnecessary work-and expense. And information about a mod to our furnace. Jeremy was the service tech and he presents himself very well. He is knowledgeable and proficient with his work and was a joy to meet and talk to about HVAC maintenance. The appointment time was changed, but they at least called ahead of time to consult with me about changing the time of arrival which I appreciated very much. Even though he arrived later in the day he did not "rush" the job to get away as fast as he could - he was very thorough. I am so pleased with this company that I decided to sign up for annual maintenance.

We met with Eric a few times to go over what we would need for our house and helped us make our final choices. Because our heater quit they installed a new heater. A few months later we had them remove and replace the ducting and then install the air conditioner. They were great to work with. Always came on time, kept things as neat as possible and were polite and professional. Our utility bills reflect the better efficiency the upgraded system and we purchase a maintenance plan to keep the system running efficiently. They are very thorough and professional and I recommend them highly.

The technician John was great and accommodated our request for a weekend appointment. He showed up exactly when he said he would. He made recommendations on future service and completed the work quickly. We were unable to be at the property while he was doing the work so he texted pictures to us of his progress. He knew of a potential problem with this brand of appliance and he suggested a surge protector solution which can be re-used in the future. We are so pleased with the service that Magnolia Heating & Cooling Inc. provided that we signed up for their Total Comfort Club. Before John left the property he tested the heater and interfaced with the tenants to remind them about changing filters.

We still have power fluctuations in the room. The light does not stay on. Electrician suggested a bigger amp so we upped it to a 30 amp. Seems to be fine now.

The technician arrived on time. He was courteous and professional. He went over every thing he did andexplained the cost.

I scheduled the $49.00 service call for one of my apartment units... the air unit stopped working the day before the service call. After the unit was inspected i received a call from the company it was going to be about $850 or $900 something like that, to fix it. I had him contact my husband directly to explain what was wrong. After speaking with my husband... they reduced the price to $629.94. i was not happy with this company... trying to take advantage of myself (women). Therefore, they fixed the unit and i did not want them to return for the $49.00 service call. Which i did speak directly with them about.... and they told me they understood and would have the $49.00 refunded. I never checked my credit card statement until the other day to verify the money was not put back onto my credit card. Thank you,
