Did not hire them due to excessive price and misleading reviews on this site.

Located tunnels and injected poison approx 10-12 inches below ground level. Very impressive. Everything looks great! So far no sign of any additional activity. They provide an additional 1month warranty that begins after their last visit.

They came out for an initial treatment of gophers. As part of their service, they come out about 1 week later to check the work and see if there is more activity. About 2 weeks later I noticed new gopher holes in the backyard, and GP came out (for free) because the new activity was within 30 days of the last visit.

They are doing a fabulous job. They are always pleasant and curteous. They call before they come out. I have been happy with their work.

I initially wanted to get rid of a gopher population that had taken over my backyard. They treated the area a couple of times and now I have a monthly maintenance contract with Gopher Patrol. They come out once a month to check the entire yard. Gophers come and go, but at least I can call them anytime and they will come out and treat again, if necessary.

My experience went very well. The staff was very professional and friendly. The pricing was reasonable. They were very thorough and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would highly recommend this company to others.

They were recommend by my gardener and they were great. They did what they say and they got rid of the pest. They were very responsive.

Service was provided consistent with description provided to me on the telephone at the time I made the appointment. No surprises. Second visit was required to eliminate the gophers in this area. So far no gophers have returned in this area of yard, or elsewhere.

Gopher Patrol was on the more expensive side of the various companies I'd contacted when we had gopher holes in our front and back yards. However, they were the most professional from start to finish. They were prompt and professional. It's a two step visit: they come out and treat the existing holes, then come back a week later to see if any further treatment is needed. When they followed up a week after the original appointment, a few new holes had appeared, and those were treated during the follow up appointment. Since then we have had no further problems with gophers.

When I spoke to the man on the phone, he said that they would provide me with a free estimate, but that it would be over the phone. Then when the technician would come to my house is when I would pay, and I don't consider that a free estimate because he was not actually looking at the issue before giving me a price.

I like the fact that they don't deal with just gophers, they deal with all kinds of different problems that you might have. They are a bit expensive, but they do a really good job. They're better than other services that we used in the past. My only complaint is that they don't always send the same person out every time.

I pay them $70 a month. They are okay. They are trying to get the gopher under control, but it still keeps coming. They are responsive when I call them. They would come back to retreat the property.

When calling Gopher Patrol, it was difficult to communicate my needs to the person on the phone, but my service professional, Chris, was very friendly, professional, and was also local and familiar with the area. Chris was sensitive to my concerns about using poison baits in the vicinity of my pets, so he found alternatives to try to solve the problem. After a couple rounds of 3-4 visits, our problem wasn't entirely solved, but Chris also helped me locate an area that had intermittently allowed rodents into the crawl space, and that was valuable.

Everything was fine. They did a very good job. They came and checked up on the problem and I would highly recommend them.

They spent time going through each hole and putting down whatever was needed to kill them. They returned a few more times for follow up and to ensure the gophers were gone. They were very informative and I would highly recommend their services. They were very reasonably priced. I spoke with two other gopher companies and their price was reasonable compared to the other two estimates I received. They were on time, responsive, and the man who I dealt with was very nice. I would definitely recommend their services.

They did not tear up the yard during the process. They were our last ditch effort. They got rid of the gopher and saved us from a lot of yard damage.

I made the call and they responded that day. He was thorough, professional, and completely communicative. There was nothing funny about the experience...all business, no upcharging. I'd call again tomorrow, but would rather you be the one to call instead. I hate gophers. I bought ever kind of Home Depot poison, including the smokers, bait, and the sun-charged noise maker. That gopher made his home and didn't care about my purchases. Then I made the call! :-)

I have been using them for a couple of years, and they are good. If the gophers ever came up, and a pet found one and ate it, it wouldn’t hurt the animal at all. They are good. They are really conscientious. They are very responsive. I can talk to them and they will answer all my questions. They come out and explain what they are going to do. They always do what they say they are going to, and I don’t even have to be there as long as the gates are open so that they can get in my yard.

They do follow up they remove the animals to see if you have any more problems. They are a pleasure to deal with.
