Gopher Patrol has been servicing my property for several years. They are very responsive, reasonable, and great service. Very reliable. They call to remind customers of the appointments, their invoicing is quick and accurate and available on-line. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this service.

It went VERY WELL and we have no complaints.

Although the man came on a regular basis and set traps, he did not catch many gophers. We changed to another company and he was catching 1-3 gophers a week. The new company had another kind of trap. No poison but he used multiple traps and they were safe for other pets as well.

They come out every month and treat wherever there are signs of gopher activity. They are reliable and courteous and do a good job.

I have been using Gopher Patrol for about 5 years and they are reliable, efficient, friendly, good price, and I highly recommend them.

He came and planted traps in the burrows. Came back and removed the trapped critters without need for me to be at home. So far after three years no sign of new invaders.

They just show up and squirt the place. They got rid of the moles and as long as they keep coming the moles are gone. They did the job.

Very efficient service, they always show up on the same day of the month. We have had no problems with bugs. We will continue using them.

The tech showed up on time and ready to perform the service, in the July rain. He thoroughly explained the process and effect the treatment would have on my gopher problem. He was quick and efficient. I received two treatments and for the second visit he was careful and respectful of my dogs which I really appreciate, making sure they were safe and secure during his visit and upon his departure. The treatment was completely successful and well worth the investment. As I am on a hill I am expecting the gophers to return and at that time will hire this company for monthly service. I am a completely satisfied customer.

Came twice about 30 days apart for follow up. Problem seems to be gone. Follow up was excellent.

On 4-22-15 I called for an inspection to rid me of gophers. They arrived at the scheduled time. Two mounds were located and an estimate was given. I approved , and work was immediately performed. Travis and Bob were both very professional, friendly and courteous. They explained what they were doing and what to expect (how gophers burrowed, etc.). The job was completed a little under an hour and a 4-day follow up was scheduled. The final cost was less than estimated. The follow-up was on the date and time set, with no indication of the pesky gopher(s). Having no previous knowledge of gophers and how they live, I had to rely on whomever I hired. I could not have found anyone better. Both Travis and Bob were (as we old folks call them) of the "old school" of workers, and I cannot recommend them more highly - both 4-star. If representative of Gopher Patrol as a company you won't be disappointed.

I've used Gopher Patrol for years now and am very pleased with them! They are super organized, friendly and professional. Recently I moved to a new house, and noticed familiar mole mounds? I called at the last minute, hoping - but not expecting -to get an appointment the following week. Gopher Patrol squeezed me in on a Friday, so I wouldn't have to wait over the weekend! Prompt service is important when dealing with moles. +++ I can't say enough good things about their employee, Michael. I've gotten quite an education about moles and mole prevention from him. My gardener was so impressed he now refers all his clients to them. I've had many people ask me who I use, so I decided to write this review. Their rates may have gone up slightly from what I quoted here, but in my view, they're worth every penny. +++ Gopher Patrol is FAR superior to other companies I've used in the past.

It was good. They got done what they were supposed to get done. They were on time. They were there when they said they were going to be there. They removed and fixed the rat problem that we had. So far we have no problems. The staff is very professional. Actually we ended up returning the big deal and ordered the big one. They got things done. I will use them in the future if they are cheaper.

One treatment and our gopher problem was gone. They came back to inspect a few weeks later and there was no sign of an active gopher. After being frustrated about our yard being torn up for so long, it was a relief. It has been 5 months now with no sign of recurrence. Wish we had called sooner!

They were knowledgeable, and effective.

They came and provided service that they advertised. They offer additional services for added cost but we decided to just get the basics. $360 is for 7 treatments (one every other month).

I was very pleased with the service. I thought I only had one area with gophers, but when they came out the first time, they looked all over my yard and found two other areas where the gophers had been. I hadn't even noticed those areas before. They did the initial treatment on all the areas they found, and then came back a second time as part of the standard treatment. There was a 30 day guarantee, and when I did notice some additional gopher activity within the 30 days, they came back out and treated that more recent area. I am happy to say that I have had no problems with gophers since that last treatment. I thought the person who did the work was very thorough and he was happy to talk with me and answer all of my questions. I think they are a good company.

I like them.They changed the rate for me once. It was 365$ and i did not use them. When i went to them they increased it. It told them if they make it more i will use other providers. They change their price every month for exterminating the ground squirrels. They were charging 125$ for what used to be 75$. They did a good job though. Online they say one thing and when they come they say another.

We decided to seek professional help to get rid of the gophers in the front and back yards. We have a couple of spots where the critters have destroyed everything. Called Gopher Patrol for help. The guy they sent out was very nice and explained the procedure for clearing the areas. A one time payment of $250.00 for a month worth of service, and then 55.00 per month after that, if needed. We were told that there was a good chance that one month would do it but that sometimes it could take 2-3 months for the stubborn guys. Okay, we figured $300 would be worth it to get our yard back. We signed the contract and the first round was preformed. Called 1-2 weeks later because there was no change in activity, and here's where things got bad: They are only in my area 1 or 2 days a week and I was forced to meet them here on one of those days at a time of their choosing. Even though we were told that we would get a call the day before the service was to be rendered, the calls never came. O.K., how about a heads up when he's on his way? Once we received that courtesy. The company prefers to have free access to the property so that they can come by at their convenience. While that might work for some, we prefer appointments. We have children and puppies in the yard. Calling the office to try and get appointment times or to talk about the service was usually met with a short, curt response. The worst was Derek. Well, after 5 months the gophers are still here. We have cancelled the service.

I think it's a waste of money. I think if you want to get rid of the gophers, just set a gopher trap and that will do it. We paid that guy for months but the gophers always comes back. A friend of mine gave me a little metal snap trap. I stuck it in the hole and in 20 minutes, the gopher was dead. There's one initial fee and if you want, you can pay the monthly fee. It wasn't worthwhile. He was nice and he was professional but I don't think it's a good service. The price was too high because I don't think it was a service worth getting.

They were very professional, they made appointments which was very timely and the representative came out right according to the time of his appointment. He was on time and he fixed the problem in one day. There were no further signs of gophers when I came back a week later to check to make sure that everything was okay, and they followed up a month later and we haven't had any gopher problems. We are very satisfied.
