Technician came out looked at the problem snaked the total house to the main was very clean friendly and we have no problems with definitely hire this company from a plumbing problems in the future

I had a dripping kitchen faucet that I tried to replace myself. Everything that could go wrong did. The main problems were that I couldn't turn off the hot water under the sink and I couldn't unbolt the old faucet from the sink. I gave up and called ER Block Plumbing late on Monday and they were out to see me on Tuesday. Shawn called ahead to let me know he was on the way and showed up 15 mins later. I told him about my failed do-it-yourself attempt and expressed concern about the main shutoff valve being broken well. He looked at the main shut off and informed me it was fine. The water continues to dribble after shutting it off due to the remaining water in the pipes which just needed to be bled off. He replaced my impossible to turn sink shut off valves with new easy to use ones. My faucet was so rusted he had to saw it out. (No way I could have done that myself.) He installed my brand new faucet and now it works wonderfully. He was pleasant and fun to chat with while he worked (even though I was the last job on a very hot day.) I would definitely recommend ER Block Plumbing to a friend and will remember to call them again to repair my next failed project.

Greg came the day before to give us an estimate. He was on time and very professional. The price seemed a little high compared to other estimates that I had received over the phone, but because he came to our house to give us his estimate, and he seemed so professional I decided to ask him to do the job. He sent me the estimate for $315.10 by email, I called him and made an appointment for the following day. On the following day nobody showed up at the time of the appointment, so after an hour I gave them a call. Greg acted like he did not know why his employee or partner Shawn was not here yet, and asked me to wait on the line. Few minutes later he told that this other person was on his way from Rancho Cucamonga. Shawn finally came (2 hours late), in an extremely bad mood. He went to see the restroom and the kitchen and told me that it was going to be lot more than the price I received on the estimate. When I reminded him that Greg has come to see the job and gave me that estimate, based on what the job was, he became really upset and told me that Greg is all day sitting in his office and he is the one who has to do the actual job. I told him that in that case I was not going to do the kitchen job, only the bathroom. He told me then that he would do it for a little more. He kept going around with the price, but because I stood firm he decided to do the whole job for the price that it was estimated. He worked in such a bad mood the whole time. He scratched our counter and tried to convinced me that it was already like that, and wrote down in my receipt that the company was not liable for that. He left a hole on the top of the sink and told my husband to do himself. My garbage disposal does not work, and my sink leaks (which did not do it before), but I would rather call somebody else to come fix and finish what he did not do. He did not give me the 10% discount, even though I gave him the printed coupon. He said that it was already included in the price which was not true, because I did not mention it before, given that it was not required on their add and I wanted to make sure that it was actually reduced from the price.

Our master bedroom shower needed to have the spout and shower arm replaced, As well as some copper pipes that were corroded. High quality parts were used and included in the price. He arrived on time and answered and questions we had about the installation process. The end result was better than expected and the new fixture look great and easy to use. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs, We had them come out again approximately one week later. And had the copper pipes replaced, the spout and shower arm replaced in our guest bathroom. The end result was as great as the first service performed. New fixture look great, easy to use. and high quality. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs. ER Plumbing will definitely be our choice for any plumbing needs.

Shann was wonderful. He was very professional and polite. He did a great job and I will certainly request him for future repairs. He went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. He even went to the hardware store and returned the defective kitchen faucet I had purchased. He is an example for all service workers. All in all it was a very positive experience.

It was fine. They were very responsive, and they came right away. They were reasonably priced. They got everything solved, so they were fine. Our experience with them was very good. They came quickly. The person that they sent was very easy for my mother to deal with, and she is difficult to deal with.

Plumber was very professional; did all work discussed during telephone conversation. He replaced kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. Toilet was running water after being flushed; he fixed problem and replace fill value in the tank. Very happy with all work that was done. Would definitely use this company again. It was a pleasure working with a company that is honest and competent.

In a word... Perfect... I discovered water leaking up through a crack in the contrete garage floor. First phone contact was very professional, owner explained options and quoted price for required leak locating test and estimate, Was almost 1/2 what others asked for. One company quoted almost $2000 without even seeing th job. Shawn (sp?) arrived the next day on time and located the source of the leak and made several suggestions on how to approach repairs as well as a proactive suggestion to prevent another pipe leak in the future. i.e to bypass both the hot and cold pipes in the slab while he was doing the job. Made perfect sense to me.... and at a very low additional cost. He arrived on the set work day, worked all day long on project, did twice a much work as minimally required and was done that same day, all for a lower price than others quoted for 1/2 as much work. Even made several suggested repairs that I hadn't seen. This is a great company, with very high employee standards, that has respect for customer questions and input. I recommend without reservation

Great! Another coming had been out a few months earlier [Super Problem], and canted to sell me a $ 10,000 sleeve. Er Block was professional, Practical and knowledgeable.

Looked at Angies List for plumber recommendations. ER Plumbing was in the area of my son's house (and had 50 plus A's). Two days before we had cut down a palm tree that was right next to the house. We didn't see the hose bib and hit it and bent it 90 degrees in the fall. I called ER Plumbing and Chris (service manager) took the call. I explained what the problem was and asked for a guess at what it would cost to fix. He said - assuming it wasn't worse than I described it should be about $120 to $130. I gave him my son's phone number to coordinate a time and he set it up for the next afternoon. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. The followng day in the afternoon, Shann called my son and said he wouldn't be able to make it because he was running behind and that he would come in the morning. (MY son said he appreciated the call because many contractors just don't show and never call). The following day Shann arrived, removed stucco to repair the pipe and left a nice clean edge for the stucco repair. My son said he also was very polite, and efficient. Surprisingly, the final bill was $110 (less than the original estimate. (How often does that happen??) So we appreciated the prompt, efficient response as well as the fair price. We give ER Plumbing our highest rating.

They called to confirm request for service, arrived on time. Our outdoor faucet was not typical so he needed to return next day. However he did a temporary fix until he returned so we could have water and did not include this work in charges.

My pipe was pulled apart but not broken. He was able to fix the pipe and make sure that it was no longer separated. He also cleaned two bathrooms and a kitchen drain as well as replaced the parts to the kitchen pipes. He was punctual, courteous, knowledgeable and had a reasonable price.

The experience was GREAT, you couldn't ask for a better result.

Couldn't have been happiet with their service from the time I called until the job was complete. The plumber was very knowledgeable and actually liked his job. He did an excellent job.

Overall, I was satified with the work. Just not thrilled with the cost.

Called for service, got a quote for $97 if toilet did not have to come off (my wife flushed the toilet paper roller down the toilet). Jim arrived within an hour. He got straight to work, fixed the toilet without any BS sales talk and I paid whay I was quoted: $97. Couldn't have asked for an easier plumbing experience. Will definately use this company again.

They were prompt and on time. They did what they said they were going to do. The workmanship was fine. They cleaned up after themselves. They were good.

Every service has been consistently top-notch. Also good office (admin). They never waste time or go away without the problem being solved.

major continuous leaky faucet in the bath that for some reason led to cold water in the shower in the next room - still don't understand how! Guy came out despite busy schedule and fixed the faucet suggested that he may need to fix something else with the shower as he didn't see how the two could be connected but as soon as the bath tap was fixed the hot water came back in the shower. He didn't have the full parts but advised us what we needed. Price very reasonable and solution easy and quick. Would use again.

Our experience with ER Plumbing was very good. They were on time and fxied our broken valves quickly and efficiently. They kept a neat workplace, too.

I called ER Block and they came out shortly and completed the job quickly. The plumber, Ron, was very courteous, efficient and took care not to cause any damage to the bathroom floor with the heavy auger. He removed the toilet, ran the auger through several times to ensure that the drain was clear, replaced the toilet, cleaned up and that was that. We were very satisfied.

James arrived on time we discussed the problem and he started work. He didn't take much time at all and was finished in about an hour, and gave me some maintenance tips for clearing grease from the line. I am a very happy customer and ER Block will be my go to plumbing company for now on.
