Description of Work: Very professional, completed the work the next day in 5 1/2 hours.

Description of Work: They came out within 1 hr. Replaced a flapper valve in a toilet and cleared a blockage in an air vent for the garbage disposal. Took less than 1 hr. Plumber was very knowledgeable and quickly dignosed and repaired the problems.

Description of Work: Fixed an outdoor leak in the waterline to my watering system, replaced a nest of poorly plumbed and leaking pipes, replaced on and off water levers, and pressure gauge. He did a great job at far less than I expected.

Description of Work: I had a slab leak in my wall that I tried to fix. After I fixed the half inch line I found I had another leak in the three quarter line. I called Block and they came right out. They fixed the leak but found another under the slab. They applied the amount due to re routing all off my plumbing above ground. No more slab leaked for me. They were very careful not to make too many holes in my walls and finished in a couple of days. I'd definitely use them again.

Description of Work: We had a leak in the downstairs bathroom coming up through the tile. The original estimate was much higher, our home is 39 years, you never know what you are going to find. They were able to fix the problem in a short period of time.

Description of Work: On 10-3-2014 the leak was stopped. On 10-6-2014 they returned to repipe and to restore water tomy home. The process went very well.

Description of Work: They (Chris at ER Block) got back to me right away, provided a free estimate of moving some pipes in the slab - was 2 to 3 hundred dollars less than the other (informal) estimate I got, but I figured out an alternative to solving the problem the way I'd asked to have solved. So I didn't use anybody because it was still way more than the alternative solution I eventually came up with.
