When he got here, went right to the laundry room surveyed the problem, went and got his equipment to snake the line, snake the line about 75 to 80 feet, very efficient and clean did not make a mess, after he snake the line, fill up the washer and the sink, and proceeded to drain them both, with no problem, very professional very clean no problems would definitely hire this company again, and being a senior citizen, help that the 10% discount that they gave us was very useful, good job EJ block.

Called for service at about 11:00 Am and he was working under the sink by 2:20PM. Pat advised that the (cheap) plastic stop valves would probably leak if we turned off the water under the sink. He was absolutely right as I had already noticed that, but he did not push to replace them. I told him I had already decided to replace them and he did so, with new valves and braided hoses. Quality work at a fair price. It was right where I expected it cost-wise and the service was friendly. I would definitely use ER Brock again. Thanks Pat.

They were prompt, they verified the appointment ahead of time, was very polite, finished the job quickly and it was wonderful.

They fixed it and did a good job. I would recommend them. I'm going to call them for more work. They gave me an estimate for $400 to $500, and the work ended up being less than $400.

It turned out to be a simple problem and they found it right away and corrected it. He said he gave us a discount because I mentioned I found him on Angie's List. It seemed reasonable. I was pleased.

This morning I discovered the rug near my kitchen was wet. I hadn't spilled any water in that area. I looked for a plumber on Angie's list and based on the good recommendations, I called EB Block Plumbing. Ted from EB Block came and as mentioned above, found the leak and repaired it. He was friendly and very professional. The charge was less than I had expected. Overall, it was a satisfying experience.

Our home is in a very hilly area with city water under very high pressure because of the hills. We need pressure regulators to keep the pressure from ruining our plumbing fixtures and sprinkler valves. The estimator arrived within two hours of my phone call. He evaluated the problem, proposed a solution, and said it would take two days to get the pressure regulators. He was professional and competent. The installer arrived on time at the scheduled appointment two days later. He dug up the irrigation pressure regulator, rerouted the pipes so they are easy to access, installed a pressure regulator on the sprinkler line and another on the house line, and replaced two old (and difficult to turn) valves (on the main house line and the sprinkler line) with brass ball valves with bar handles for easy turning. Everything is now easy to see and access, the valves are easy to turn, and the water pressure is down from 150 to where it should be. When he was done, he even checked a sprinkler valve for me as a courtesy. Like his boss, he was professional, competent, and courteous. We had used this company before to replace our central air conditioner and we'll probably use them again for anything they do that we need to have done.

It went well. The plumber called when he was on his way and arrived on time. The repairs were made quickly. I am very pleased with the work.

The guy was knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had to go to work so I left him in my garage to work. He closed up and locked up behind himself. I gave him a credit card and I was satisfied with the work. He left an invoice with my neighbor. He was there at the appointed time.

We had a back up in our plumbing and called ER Block to help up. They cut and honed out the piping. Everything was working properly. The next day, we had the same issue. He came out right away and looked again to locate the actual problem. He fixed it this time, and everything has been working great since. His price was very reasonable. He did not charge for the follow-up visit.

Arrived on time. I explained proplem. Through out repairs he explained what he doing. Again very professional and courteous. Will definitly use again.

I called late on a Wednesday evening and left a message with an answering service. The next morning we got a call and within a couple of hours the company sent out Mark to diagnose the problem. He traced the leak from the family room into the laundry room where there were actually two leaks in one pipe, 25 ft. from the where the water came through the slab. He put a temporary fix on that pipe and traced at least one other leak into the kitchen. This is an older home on well water that is very acidic and hard. Because there were numerous leaks, we needed the cold water to be re-piped (the hot had been relocated out of the slab and into the attic years prior by a previous owner). Mark made sure that we had running water every night before he left and did everything he could to inconvenience us as little as possible. He and James cleaned up every day before they left. We would definitely use this company again and are happy to refer them to anyone. Thanks for doing such a great job!

E.R. Plumbing called us right back after my initial call and came out the next day. The plumber was able to fix a problem that two previous plumbers had been stumped by, and he charged us about half what they had charged. I asked him for the published Angie's discount, but he said it was just for parts, not labor, so he didn't apply it, but then a couple of days later, we received a check in the mail, giving us the 10% discount. Unbelievable. We'll definitely use them again!

Calling E.R. Block Plumbing was a good experience. The plumber arrived at my house less than 1 1/2 hours after my call. He was clean, polite, and knowledgable. I was pleased and surprised at how clean he left the whole area where he worked in my kitchen. It was as though no one had been there, yet I had a new, working faucet.
