Very nice and pleasant service guys came to install a new water heater and took the old one out. Very knowledgeable and helpful. People on the phone are really nice as well. These guys showed up a couple days before Christmas and was able to install the same day they came to inspect. They went out of their way to find the special size I needed so that I would not go without hot water during the holidays! I live in the mountains and there was snow and they had to crawl through a small opening to get the water heater out and put the new one in. I will definitely use these guys again for any future plumbing needs!

The staff at Diamond House were outstanding from the office staff to the work crews. Andrew was my projectâ s manager and he was hands on as a member of the crew and did a great part of the work. He was terrific and exhibited great attention to detail and excellent customer service. As a retired city government professional whose career included overseeing dozens and dozens of facilities projects, I would put my experience with Diamond House right even with the best contractors Iâ ve encountered.

Very pleased with the response, price and quality of work. Luis Morales worked until late in the evening and explained the process to our satisfaction. As the work proceeded he discovered an additional problem which he repaired. Luis' work was neat and tidy. You can barely tell that there was a 5 ft x 3 ft x 4 ft deep hole. Luis deserves a raise, bonus and promtion.

They were very professional and on time. The work required was completed with excellence!

Josh Miller came out here and originally was scheduled to pump the septic tank. He took an honest look at the serious plumbing issues we have and didn't screw me on doing unnecessary work. He was kind, on time and knowledgeable. I would definitely trust them moving forward. At first glance they care about the customer relationship first than the money.
