Diamond House recently did a bathroom remodel. Replaced all the plumbing fixtures and drains due to a leak. Throughout the renovation the project manager and office staff stayed in great communication and kept me informed of progress through whole project! The bathroom turned out beautiful! Highly recommend!

Worst experience I have ever had as a contractor in my 25 years. Once he actually looked at the job and figured out that their was not a huge payday on the job he Tried to upcharge almost everything that was on the plans and that was supposed to be included. They got 2 contracts one for a sewer line installation and the other was for the site work. He deviated from the plans for the sewer line that was needed and the city shut the job down and rejected Josh's plan ( part owner ) that he made up on his own. As for the site work that was a mess also nothing was finished pipes in the wrong spot, pipes running parallel with some of the footings, No fall in some areas, just left me with a mess with all items he touched, Had to replace 50% the underground sewer and vents that they installed. Missed meeting at the jobsite with the city in regards to his work not done per plan. Then ran off with 45K and got 0% of the work done!! Now in litigation. This guy is a crook to say the least!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Joshua at Diamond House, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From start to finish, he demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and excellent customer service. My pipes were old, corroded, and causing issues in almost every part of my house from faucets to my water heater and water pressure. When I reached out for a repiping project, they responded quickly and scheduled an in-home consultation right away. Their team was punctual, arriving exactly when they said they would. Joshua walked me through the process of replacing my aging pipes and even gave me a few options that fit my budget. If any unexpected issues came up (as they sometimes do with older homes), he discussed them with me before proceeding. This level of communication gave me peace of mind. Although repiping is a significant investment, I felt that their pricing was fair for the high level of service I received. The long-term benefits of upgraded plumbing have already made a difference in my water pressure and quality. They also provided a warranty on all of their work and included yearly maintenance on my water heater and water filter/descaler. Diamond House Plumbing exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repiping or other plumbing work.

This company should never be recommended by Angie?s. Under investigation I found them to be listed under another name with horrible reviews. On here they have two word reviews obviously made by them or their friends. It has been a nightmare for my home after they re piped. They have flooded my home up to my ankles, they hired Home Depot parking lot people to do atrocious patch work. My garden and trees are dying, because they pretended to replace old pipes while only replacing what was hanging out of the dirt. My bathroom drawers are flooded with water. Do not trust the Owner Josh who pretends to be Christian while ripping you off every way that he can. They will up sell you while doing terrible work. Please buyer beware. Angie kick them off of your site. They are rip off . We have a city inspector coming on Monday. If everything is as we think it is we plan to sue these rip off artist. Run away from hiring this terrible company. They will destroy your home not fix it. We now have mold, damages and no pressure in our pipes. These people belong in jail not on Angie?s list. I?d give them a minus star if i could. Don?t fall for them like I sadly did. If they rebrand again remember the name Josh, don?t trust the god bless you BS. He is a scammer.

Rafael came and was able to get our water heater pilot working quickly in a very professional manner. He the took extra time to go over its operation. There was no push to replace the heater which is eight years old, if I have more serious plumbing issues in the future, I will definitely call Diamond first.

My house is 73 years old. Andrew not only went to great lengths to find the parts but was able to connect the new parts to the old plumbing. They would get a ten if it was possible. Andrew was very professional and knowledgeable. He let me know up front that he may not be able to find the parts and what he would have to do if he could not find the parts. He called me the same evening to let me know that he was able to find the parts and gave me an appointment. I had faucets replaced in two showers. The shower wall and the floor outside the showers were immaculate when he finished.

The plumber came the day I contacted them, fixed my plumbing problems quickly and at a reasonable price

They did a great job and even gave good information about septic tanks that I didn’t know about

Hans, your employee, was a most personable and knowledgeable technician. I was very impressed with the professional manner in which he explained and then dealt with the blockage after he discovered the source of the situation. Should we need another visit for this particular issue, and we will every two or three years, I am going to ask for Hans to personally do our clearing of the kitchen drain.

The work was fine. Pricing was higher than what I would have liked.

Hans was very good at his profession. My #4 was I paid about $295.00 per hour for the service. I do not know the cost of plumbing jobs, that might be high or low, donâ  t know.

I had a leaking faucet that needed to be replaced. They fit me in the same day. The plumber was prompt, friendly and professional.

Unclogged main sewer/drain on Black Friday. Blocked drain happened 4:00p.m. On Thanksgiving day. So thankful for attending to this matter so quickly
