Showed up on time the first day but had to return to fix a leak and was delayed on the return

They dug up the liquid side of septic tank. they said the center wall was tilted, and it would be a matter of time before it would collapse. they inspected main drain line, it had some clog's and did not clean them out. Day 2, they subbed to a local sump pumper, that did not remove a good amount of debris and dirt out of solids side. one of their plumbers came out to do the inspection. he immediately started the up sale. He said he could not certify the tank because of the tilted center wall. he contacted supervisor, they came up with a plan to install a new poly tank next to old one that they would leave in place at a cost of over12,000.00. other contractor rebuilt 4500.00

Daniel and Andrew helped me rid the roots out of my drains and pump my septic system. They were very professional, courteous and trustworthy. They quoted a price and stuck to it despite there being some difficulties to the project that other plumbers would have charged more for. They left my yard the way they found it and cleaned up after themselves. And they did all this is a very timely matter in our horrid summer heat. They will be my plumber for life!

They contacted me and set up an appointment same day and the employees are super kind and helpful. Everything was explained to me.

The technician cam to drain/yearly maintenance of my water heater & I told him about my clogged shower & bathroom sink drains & he fixed that problem too. Did an excellent job !

This is by far the most professional business I have dealt with in a long time. The office staff answering the phone was very helpful and understanding, made several calls to make getting one of the plumbers to my house. The company that previously was called couldnâ t figure out the problem. Andrew not only found the problem but was extremely diligent in fixing it in the least expensive way. Started out as Garbage disposal problem. Daniel and Luis not only installed a new one but also snaked my lines and then scoped them. They gave me an estimate for future work I need on my pipes. Complete professionals. I highly recommend them.

Their plumber was expert and anticipated and was prepared , did the work quickly so I am satisfied with their performance. The lwork needed to be done as soon as possible to avoid further complications so I expected to pay for urgent service.

The people responding to our needs were very professional, starting from the receptionist who called after I contacted them through Angies List. Daniel Rodrigues, who initially came over was very professional and knowledgeable and arranged for his supervisor to followup for the final repair of the 22 year old anti-siphon valve that had started to leak. Diamond House have great employees!!

they did great work, i got 2 quotes, I have not hired a plumber in many years, The quotes I received from both companies were about the same, it surprised me how much plumbers make these days.

They charge me $530.00 bucks to change a kitchen sink faucet and that price was after my military discount. Took him about one 1/2 hours and I had supplied the faucet. Nice young man, but the home adviser said the average price was $185.00 bucks. Just had a complete knee replacement surgery and had no choice but to pay the price.

The Diamond House Plumbing crew are my heroes! With the recent extreme rains, my patio began flooding! It was frightening and during Christmas holidays. I placed a work request for my outdoor drains, and they responded RIGHT AWAY to schedule. Luis arrived promptly as agreed, was pleasant, jumped into the task, and spent much effort attempting to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, it was a HUGE problem which he spent a lot of time in the cold and rain troubleshooting, God Bless Him! He explained all to me and developed a Plan B with estimate options to return the next day with a crew. He and Daniel came back and tackled it, but it was worse than anticipated, as I had NO existing outlet to my storm drain. Luis worked with me (he listened to me) and we created Plan C! Third time was the charm, but MUCH time and effort were needed to carry it out. They were very conscious of my budgetary constraints and factored that in! Daniel returned to carry on with the work and that young man is a dynamo. LONG hours also in the cold, rain, and dark, and he was committed to getting the work done on time as promised! He was pleasant throughout, knew exactly what he was doing, maintained communication with me and Luis, and even to the point of having his office call to alert me when he departed as I didn't hear him knocking. The in-office team is also friendly, professional, and thorough! First class service all the way! Daniel finished the job that needed a hole dug, pipe drilling, cement replacement, and more! Courteous, considerate, knowledgeable, and definitely a company that I would happily do business with again and highly recommend! I am 100% satisfied and have peace of mind knowing that when the rains return (because they will), my patio will drain as it should. Thank you, Daniel, Luis, and the Diamond House Plumbing team!
