Andrew was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained and wrote everything we needed to repair our leaking problem. He also offered us a choice of three levels of repair to choose from. Great customer service.

Andrew did an excellent job, explained before and after process, ran the snake, used the camera, cleared my bathroom drains of hair. The charge was only $89, didnâ t have any other problem. Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly. He wore shoe booties to keep my house clean, very considerate,impressed me. Thank you. Will use this co. again when needed. He said they also do bath, kitchen construction.

Diamond house construction professional was upfront about all the costs that could include removing a portion of the slab and replacing the drain pipe. Fortunately at this point all I needed was the Roto router and the water jet cleaning and cutting tool. I thought for a moment that I was gonna have to remove the slab and replace the drain pipe. But the professional he was persistent and patient getting the job done.

I paid for the camera scan only, then cleared the clogged drain myself. It is too expensive to pay others for this service.

Both Joshua and Andrew were prompt and courteous.

Classic up sell. Price went from $115 to $1600. Would definitely not recommend this company.

OUSTANDING SERVICE and WORK was to MY SATISFACTION I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DIAMOND HOUSE for YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS and make sure you ask for THE CAMERA THAT GOES DOWN THE DRAIN SO YOU CAN SEE HOW the CAUSE OF YOUR PROBLEM. I will call and use DIAMOND HOUSE AGAIN!!!! I am a 28 YR Retired Air Force Veteran and I have seen a lot of CLOGG DRAINS.

Long story short, I hired this company to unclog a main drain line that had root damage. The method that the technician said would work did not fix it. However, with their field supervisor Josh coming out to help figure out a solution and and a price we agree to replace a damaged section of pipe makes me believe they don t just want to take my money and run. Good customer service is hard to find

To clear a sink drain - showed up over 2 hours after time frame given.... sent inexperienced worker - did NOT clear drain, did NOT do as promised, did NOT notify me (I am the landlord/home owner), wanted to postpone for 4 days before he could come back... meanwhile the kitchen sink was not usable. I hired another plumbing company the next day to do the job with NO issues. Diamond House wanted to do EXTENSIVE measures that would have cost thousand of dollars.

Steve, the plumber, arrived on time. He was very polite and respectful. He explained the process of the job. Within an hour the field supervisor, Josh, arrived and explained the different options we had to resolve the issue. He offered great discounts for having a senior and a veteran living on the home.

Never call them again, Diamond House Construction (DHC). I called them because I had a clogged kitchen sink. They had a special to unclog the drain and a camera inspection for $226. After the camera inspection, the supervisor stated that it was a major grease build up and a possible underground leak. He punched in the numbers and told me that it would cost me approx. $2000 to fix the clog issue. He also called another company for the leak, which I won’t get into that $$$$. I denied the $2000 job. The following day I called another plumber who charged me $125 to fix the problem. By the way if DHC never attempt to unclogged the sink but did charge me for the special. I would never call them or Recommend them to anyone. Be careful with sales pitch.

Ours was an extensive drain pipe re-placement in the slab that took a number of days to complete. Joshua's customer service's service was outstanding. All questions and the few problems during the project were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction.
