Very Professional, they were there when they said they would be there and did what they said they would and sent pictures of what the did all at fair price. Seems to be an excellent run company. I recommend them.

Everyone was working swiftly and neatly, methodical and systematically done. The crew that repaired and worked on our roof was very efficient. I observed the entire time. I noticed that they were all on task. I’m really appreciate the professionalism and dedication to their craftsmanship.

No one wants to pay to fix their roof but if there is one company that you can trust to get the job done on the estimate that they gave you, it would be California Roof Experts. Its a family owned business and they love what they do and they do an excellent job! If you read other reviews you are going to find similar comments because they are honestly a hard working, trustworthy company that wants you to feel that what ever you pay to fix your roof, it is well worth every dollar.

California Roof Experts are exceptional when it comes to professionalism, promptness, quality of work, efficient, and great people. After getting quotes from other roofers, we hired California Roof Experts because they were the one that was very knowledgeable of the type of roof we have. We had leaks all over our home and Diego who came and assessed our issue gave us a thorough assessment of our roof and did not try to over sell. Diego told us that the repairs were significant but not enough to warrant a new roof. He gave us the low down of what they will need to do to repair our leaks. But what impress us the most was his honesty and knowledge that our roof will last a long time and will just need maintenance. Diego gave us a fair price. The other quotes cost more for the same exact type of work. Diego told us that they are busy and might take 2-3 weeks out before they can start. A week later we decided to go with California Roof Experts and send the go ahead to Arturo who also confirmed that it will take 2-3 weeks out before they can start. Some days or almost a week later, we got a call from Arturo and told us that they can start on Monday, 8/24/20. It took them a day to finish the work. We were so impress with the professionalism of Arturo explain what they are going to do and what they did. They even went above and beyond what the quote entails. We would highly recommend California Roof Experts for any of your roofing projects. Thank you Diego and Arturo for being the consummate professional and providing quality of work your company have done for us. IMPRESSIVE !!!!

Working with this small family owned and operated business was a breeze. Their responsiveness and professionalism throughout the entire process was amazing. I'd hire them again and again. Their 7 year warranty was also a huge plus.

I had fascia that were termite damaged and I thought maybe it's time to change the tiles and the black tar sheet underneath. I had 3 companies come to quote me on changing the fascia but I went with CA Roof Experts because their service, quality of work and price were all unbeatable. Here is my experience: Quote: Diego, one of the son of this family business showed up on time and climbed on the roof, looked around and told me that it's not necessarily time to change the tar sheet yet but in the next 10 years I may need to. He also advised that the my cement tile generally can last 100 years so it's an option to change to new ones but it's not necessary. I asked about possible termite damage under the roof and asked if he can check the attic (like many reviews said roof inspection should include the attic), Diego said it's not necessary to check the attic for leaks since if they rip out the roof tiles, they can see any leask from up above. He gave a quote, I thought it's reasonable and I went with them. Diego also said that since i was also getting my house painted, he will be happy to coordinate with my painter on when is the best time so they can work together so the painters won't break so many tiles while painting the second floor. But Diego said they would still come out to replace the broken tiles if I found any later. Work Day: Arturo, another son came in the first day along with a few workers and efficiently started to work. He was another great guy, very easy going, very knowledgeable and helpful. They didn't find any holes in my black tar sheet and Arturo suggested that we just lay another sheet over it for double protection. They used some sort of new waterproof material I cant' remember the name of now. A few days into the project Hector, the father came to superivse and work along w the workers. Hector really knows his trade very well. I wanted PVC boards for my fascia since I figured I would never have to deal with termite damage again. But he suggested that PVC fascia doens't come that big and also it's very heavy and may not be good in the long run. So with more research, I decided on cedar and Hector took the time to look for custom sized cedar in various lumbar yards to try to find the right one for me. Hector also suggested many different home improvement tips such as proper gutter replacement, balcony remodel suggestion, AND replace two pieces of beams on my pergola. (One of the previous quote I got for one of those beams was $2500. Hector told me they either didnt' know what they were talking about or were dishonets). It turned out Hector was able to find one of those beams (a bit smaller in size) for $95 (treated wood)! So my point of putting this down is that Hector is a honest man. You need that since most of us are not going to go up on the roof to check and see if they are doing it right. (In my case I did go up but still didnt' know if what they were doing is right but at least everything looked like it was in order) Overall impression: Besides being very experienced, I think this company charges reasonably for the material/labor and gives you good work. They don't over quote and under work. I highly recommend them for your next roofing job.

California Roof Experts are very professional and they communicate well when you contact them and while doing the repairs. They show up on time and do what they said they were going to do and they clean up after themselves. I learned some new things about my roof and the way the rain gutters were installed that I did not know before, and Hector explained how to correct the problem. It is a family run business, and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs some help with roof repairs. I am very happy to have my tile roof back in order, and they even went the extra mile and painted the roof vent poles to match the color of the roof tiles. I greatly appreciate their service.
