The team from California Roof Experts did an excellent job from the initial quoting and project definition process through to execution. They were available to answer questions at every step of the process. Though this project was not as extensive a full roofing project, they managed the details as if it were. The results speak for themselves. There is much to be said about family businesses. I will definitely engage this team again for future projects.

We discovered a roof leak on a Sunday and posted our job here. I received a call that afternoon from Arturo. He was at our house inspecting at 7am Monday, the next day. He was very thorough in his explanation of the problem, knowledgeable, and a pleasant person who exuded trust. We had 5 quotes and Arturo’s was the best price without any gimmicks. We hired his team and they had our roof fixed that next Wednesday. They were on time, efficient, worked quickly and provided us with tips on how to prevent this from happening again. Well done!

Diego called me within minutes of my request on Angi. Arturo and Diego were at my house in 2 days. They worked efficiently and professionally to complete the job. Also they showed me pictures of the before and after.. After the job was completed they cleaned up the area on the roof and around the ground. It was a pleasure working with them.

He not only replaced one tile and repaired three others, but also addressed several field tiles that had shifted out of place. Diego, Arturo, and their team work quickly and are quite reasonable.? They have been on the roof many times since one individual who came to provide an estimate slipped because there was moss on the roof. He ended up sitting on his butt and sliding, which caused a tile to break?something Diego fixed while giving me the estimate. My point is to be cautious about whom you hire; I could tell that the other person who fell was not a roofer by the way he walked on the roof. He seemed scared and provided me with an estimate five times higher than what I received from Diego. Nevertheless, they have a good team and completed the repairs in half a day. Thank you, Diego and Arturo and the team. The only issue is that the tiles they installed did not match. They explained that this was because they were new, but the good news is that the difference is not visible unless you fly a drone.

Arturo was very quick and efficient in assessing and scheduling the repair job for our roof. Diego was able to execute the repairs on time and thorough with all the details of the job. Great work and value!! Definitely recommend!!

Sept. 2024. We own a single story 2150 square feet home in Yorbe Linda. The spanisch tile roof is now 35 years old and it was leaking in one spot. ,We decided to replace all the underlying tar paper for the whole roof. We got four estimates, One was very close to California Roof experts, and two's costs 20% more. California Roof experts was the only company that offered a 20-year warranty on their work. They use a new superstrong woven silicone roofing paper to give this guarantee. Plus they were the only one that would reset the tiles on commercial wood strips to hold the tile in place. The wood strips have 3/8" thick rubber pads that will the water, if any, to allow to run under the strips. They did reuse the sheet metal that is places at the low point of two sided (gulley). I was skeptical of the sheet metals condition and I had Arthuro bring the sheet metal down for inspection and they showed no rust spots. I did however have Arthuro hammer flat some protruding sheet metal spots where the previous nails were so as not to cut the thin woven silicone paper. Also, we insisted on using city inspection, for which we paid, $330, Once the roofers started, they had always a full crew on the job, and we never had to call them up or prod them. Each evening, they cleaned up around the house before the left. There was no request for additional tiles, cement or any other item. Once the job was completed, it passed city inspection the first time. We are very satisfied with the company, their management, and their workers. Gunter H. Sanders

The job was quoted in timely manner with a fair price. Communicating when the job would be scheduled was slow. I contacted them through the app the next time and his response was very fast. Work was done in one day and the quality appears excellent.

I wish I could give them 10 stars. This is a family owned company and exceedingly professional. They gave me a fair price and even though they ran into all kind of problems on my dad's roof which had never been replaced, they stuck to their original quote and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend them for all of your roofing needs.

They found the problem really fast! They also did a roof check over, and replaced all broken tile, and did much calking. As of now, the roof repair appears to be real good, with plenty of pictures, and a 5 - year guarantee. I enjoy looking at my roof again! Who could ask for anything more. I am happy. They also came out real fast, like a week. later. Wow! Call them NOW!!!!

I had such a great experience working with California Roof Experts. Arturo has been so great with communicating quickly and answering all my questions anytime I call or text him. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly and worked with me since I had to get some roof repairs done in a timely manner to renew our home owner's insurance. Diego came and did the initial inspection and was great with answering all my questions. Then the two men who came did a great job and were very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend California Roof Experts and will continue using them for our roofing needs.

I would hire them again and again. Everyone that I spoke to and everyone that worked on my roof were professional, courteous and patient. I had many questions. I am someone who usually gets many estimates for a job. I needed only one.

I really appreciate their honesty you don't find many honest people. My home is in san Bernardino. Autro explain step by step and answered all my questions and concerns. They removed all the Debris and cleaned up after they were done. The whole crew was very polite and professional I can't remember autro brother name but he also was very polite and professional. And the price was in my budget they did not take advantage because I was a woman. You want be disappointed if you choose California Roofing experts
