Professional and very courteous throughout the whole job. Although their schedule was full, they squeezed us in for an inspection the following day. We had a leak causing stains on the ceiling, but the home inspector we hired could not find anything wrong. Whereas after checking for about 10 minutes, Diego knew exactly what was wrong and showed me photos to explain what needed to be done. Gave us an amazing quote with a 7 year warranty. Even came back again the next day to help us lay down a tarp to prevent further leaks. When we finally scheduled the job, they were punctual and ready to go. Exceeded our expectations in every way. Would recommend, and we plan to hire them again to redo other parts of our roof.

Repaired old, light weight, concrete tile roof. Used titanium underlayment. Repaired cement crowns. Replaced 53 tile; I provided the tile. Power washed away embedded lichen/moss. I have a "new" roof!

I usually don't use Home Advisor, but I'm extremely happy I stumbled into using it. I had several estimates come through and California Roof Experts were the last one to come through. Arturo had great etiquette on the phone and was very professional. I can't remember the name of the person my wife spoke to, but she really liked the professionalism and the straight forward approach in pricing. The best part of the whole experience is that they don't sub contract out and they do all the work themselves. They were very forward with that as well. It was an easy process and they took pics before and after the work was done. They also showed the process in between. I will be using them again if there are any issues. The roof looks good. It doesn't rain much here in So Cal, so the roof hasn't been tested. I have full confidence that the leak was fixed from what was pointed out in the pics. Lastly, they were the least expensive estimate. You can't beat great service, professionalism, and the least expensive estimate. Thanks again for being professional.

Anyone who wants an incredible repair experience should hire California Roof Experts. I had some broken terra cotta tiles on my 72 year old home. Arturo and Diego quickly arranged to come inspect the damage and scheduled a repair. They were able to get to my job even sooner than they said. Even more, they noticed that there were more tiles on other parts of the roof that needed repair and replaced them even though it wasnâ t part of the original quote. My ceiling is safe and sound inside with the heavy rain that just came. I will be reaching out to them again whenever I need help with my roof. Thank you for such professionalism and expertise.
