Description of Work: I was looking for a company to repair my GE Profile combination microwave/&convection oven that offered some of the service call monies to be applied to the repair cost. This deal offered this, I contacted the company and asked if they had personnel that worked on my type of unit and they assured me that they did. The technician came out and felt the oven was performing ok but to call if it continued to present problems, ie:not heating to set temperature. I contacted the tech the following day because the problem was again occurring he said he would call the next day - he did and said he had researched the oven and did not know how to do the repair and suggested that I request a refund for the service call. The technician was polite, prompt and I appreciate that he was honest when he called as promised.

Description of Work: LG washer lost its 'brains.' Control board had to be ordered and replaced. There was some delay in receiving the board and installing it from the initial projection. Initial call to UR was on a Saturday, but they could not service as they were already booked, but they did come for the initial estimate on Monday. Not sure why the tech did not take the initiative and get the clothes that were stuck in the washer out that day? Other than that, the better half says the tech was professional/polite. I usually like to handle these calls myself, but was unavailable this time, but yes I will recommend them for future calls.

Description of Work: I wasn't aware that after you make the dates your suppose to check on angies list to conform the date, so out of the 3 dates it was actually after and I had to call the actual place because I had already given 75 $ toward the service the lady that answer was very friendly and it was the next day I did assume the cost would be around 300$ it was actually 325 so total of 400$ so it was a little expensive but the guy who came to do the rep-air was actually nice but the problem was when it came to payment the guy used hid phone to charge us using out bank card but somehow got charged twice and when we called the business back to see if they could stop a payment they said they couldn't do nothing about it , so my husband took it into his own hands and we had to go to the bank to stop payments it was just a mess and I would not call them again for any service

Description of Work: This is the 2nd time I've used their services. The first time they repaired my dryer and did a great job. Rather than order new drum rollers, they were able to service the existing ones by cleaning out the grime that was not allowing them to function properly. That saved me the cost of new parts. The 2nd time, they came out to repair my washing machine and just recommended that I replace it because repairing it would be too expensive. I appreciated their honesty.

Description of Work: repaired my washing machine/replaced motor cuppling. I was contacted right away and they arrived within the agreed upon 2 hour window. There was an issue with access to the washing machine which was tightly enclosed in a closet. So he wasn't able to do repairs immediately. Once I figured out how to get it rolled out of the closet, they rescheduled right away and again arrived within the agreed 2 hour window. I am very pleased with the service.

Description of Work: My 17-year-old GE refrigerator wasn't cooling. Matt found the problem right away. It couldn't be fixed on that same day because a part needed to be ordered. He returned the next day and fixed the problem. He also cleaned the coils and showed me how to maintain the fridge. He was professional and gregarious. The next time I have a problem with an appliance I will call AtUR Service.

Description of Work: I called to get someone to come out and was told that someone would get back to me. They never called. I then sent in a request through the website and received an email saying that they tried to call me but didn't get an answer and would try back. I emailed back and suggested setting up appointment by email. Never heard from them.

Description of Work: Cancelled appointment twice by the service technician because he had something else to do. I had to wait almost a month to get my washer and dryer done. The dryer was fixed but the washer was referred to an independent contractor not with Angie's list

Description of Work: My fridge seemed to be running longer than normal. They cleaned the coils and checked the system and said things were running good but coils were very dirty.

Description of Work: A condenser fan motor $139) and an ice maker ($162) were replaced.
