The technician arrived on time. Turned on the dryer and heard the noise. Without removing any of the components he said the dryer needed a new pulley system (three in total). The estimated repair was going to be over $300.00. He also said the ducts were filled with lint and recommended another service for that..........I called another service provider through my home warranty. They came out heard the noise, went to his truck, got an idler assembly (DE882C) and replaced the broken idler assembly a $13.00 part. I was only charged for the service fee......AT Ur service ripped me off, tried to charge fictitious fees, and recommended another provider.....poor reflection on Angie’s List.

It was very good. Matthew came out and fixed the problem and we haven't had any more problems. He was very nice and very polite. He did his job. We talked a little and it was a very good experience.

Matthew was scheduled to arrive at 4:00Pm on a Saturday. He arrived at 3:00 PM. He quickly got to work and made all the repairs needed. Matthew consistently communicated what he was doing and why. Matthew offered to do preventive repairs so I would not have any issues in the near future. These added repairs were not too expensive compared to having a return visit for service. Matthew was done in about an hours or so. He made sure the dryer was working properly before leaving. He also made sure the area he was working in was cleaner than how he found it. Very professional. I would definitely use this vendor again. Thank you

Showed up on time. Quickly found and solved the problem with our dishwasher. A very clogged trap. Courteous, professional and only charged the original service fee since it was an easy fix. Happy dance!

It took a second visit to bring the part even though I emailed the model number and what the part needed.

He was on time, Polite, Professional and cleaned up his mess when he was done.

We had a very knowledgeable technician who figured out a dangerous gas leak problem on our stove.

The technician was a very nice young man. I did not use them as I was uncomfortable with their proposed solution and costs. I obtained the services of another company and was very pleased with the results.

It went really well he had given me tips what I should do and what he recommended for me to do with my fridges. So yeah, I am really relieved that for the consultation and estimate of the gravity of the repair that was needed for both fridges, and to think I only did pay for one, but he was willing to give my other fridge a check just to ease my mind why the alarm for my fridge is not responding, so yes, I am pretty satisfied to shell out the $75 I was charge to have them come over and see what was wrong with my fridge and now I got a second hand one in mint condition, I am pretty happy with it, it looks better than my old fridge, so yes, my service guy was named Matt and I would recommended them to anyone, he is pretty helpful and prompt with his service.

My 17 year old Kenmore washing machine needed to be repaired (this is first repair). Spin cycles stopped working. I called UR Service on 8/13/2015. I was given an appointment for the next day with a window between 9 am to 11 am. Technician arrived within that time frame. He was very professional. He explained what was wrong and showed me what was broken. He was able to repair the machine. He was very informative. I felt he went above and beyond for this job. I was very relieved that he could fix it and I was happy with the cost since I was expecting for him to tell me "not worth fixing"! I do not want to replace my washer and dryer. My dryer has not needed any repairs yet, however, when it does I will call UR Service.

I was able to take care of my problem without paying for an estimate.

After calling the LG customer support due to finding melted light cover and hot refrigerator, I looked online for the LG recommended service providers. Not impressed with the information I found for the recommended service providers, I logged onto Angie's list and choose a local appliance repair place. At Ur Service Appliance Repair , scheduling was easy. The repairman, Matt, was on time even thou I was not. He was patient, listen to my issues, evaluated the refrigerator and said I had an electrical fire and I was lucky it did not short out the lights. The control board was surging, you can hear it when the appliance is plugged in. Unfortunately he did not have the parts available, but provide me all the information needed to order the parts directly. Once the parts came in, Matt promptly returned to install.

He was fine. I would use them again.

After noticing late yesterday that I had a problem, I called them at 8:30 and before 11:30 they were finished and my machine is like new again. From the beginning, talking with the charming Ana on the phone who scheduled the appointment - - to the prompt Matt who called to make sure he had the right equipment with him before he showed up. Everything was flawless. Nice, neat, prompt, thorough, respectful, and efficient. What a great company. I highly recommend them.

Fail! Advertised that they service entire inland empire, but they do not.

Michael scheduled to arrive between 1-3 and was very prompt. On arrival, he inspected the water leakage problem; my husband asked him to put in plastic tubing to replace the worn copper fittings. He ordered the part and scheduled to be here on 10/28/14. He arrived promptly when he said he would and immediately went to work replacing the coppery unit and installing a new shut-off valve to stop the leak. Within about half an hour, he was finished. Michael was prompt, efficient, very courteous and knowledgeable in his service. I would definitely recommend him and his company to any of my friends and neighbors who had a similar problem to mine. At UR Service came out to repair our washing machine recently and Michael Osborne did a tremendous job. He carefully diagnosed a very difficult and complex problem and resolved our issues. He was so professional, careful and helpful. He also mentioned to me that it might be valuable for me to ensure that my dryer was regularly serviced to prevent fires from lint build up around the electrical parts of the dryer. I asked if he would help with this and upon opening up the dryer, it was apparent that I had already had a fire inside and it was extremely fortunate that Michael was there to clear out the lint on the inside to prevent further fires. Michael was a lifesaver. I would highly recommend Michael's and the company's service.

It was excellent. He was very good at communicating what was wrong and what needed to be done, even on the phone. Excellent communication.

Their technician Michael phoned and provided a time when he would arrive. Tested the leaking washing machine and accurately diagnosed the drain pump that needed to be replaced. He then went to pick up the part and promptly returned to install it and re-test to insure that it was working properly. I asked that the dryer be cleaned; Michael pulled out both units, cleaned the floor below along with all the baseboards then disassembled the back of the dryer and cleaned out all lint and dirt as well as cleaned out the venting. I am very satisfied with their service and knowledge of appliances. I would use this vendor again.
