Showed up on time, did not have the part but arranged for prompt return the next day to fix the item. Charged what they quoted. Very friendly and efficient. Also noted that another appliance had a sound which indicted it may be failing in the next 6 months but noted it would probably be cheeper to purchase a new one rather than have the part replaced. Very nice to hear the honest response.

Michael had to take apart the freezer drawers and remove everything in them. He also had to access the back of the refrigerator. Fortunately, his initial diagnosis of the problem was correct and he was able to fix the problem. He was meticulous in his work and was both very friendly and professional. In fact, when he thought that he was going to be late for our appointment time, he called to let me know that. But, as it turned out, he actually arrived within the window that I was given.

Excellent service, but he talks too much.

Several parts of my fridge were broken. The service person was very thorough in diagnosing the problem, actually soldered and fixed one of the parts to save me money, and checked every detail to make sure it was running perfectly before he left. He also cleaned up before he left, and was very helpful and friendly. I plan to call him back to service my a/c.

Matthew arrived as scheduled and had called to confirm prior to arriving . He is neatly dressed, pleasant, and knowlegable After evaluating the microwave problem he suggested I consider getting a new unit rather than pay him to repair it. He also checked other kitchen appliances and gave advice on maintaining them. Because of the way the microwave and oven is constricted and the available space I could not find a new unit that would work so I asked him to repair it. He ordered the parts after he had also checked for a new unit that would fit our area. He installed the parts less than 24 hours after they arrived. He also found a minimal problem with the oven and will return to repair it with no service charge. Obviously I am extremely happy with his services!

We called at 4:30 on a Friday afternoon. Michael responded within an hour. He was professional and knowledgeable. We are planning to have him return to fix our range top downdraft ventilation system in 2 weeks.

Refrigerator started acting up late Saturday morning. Called Matt at At UR Service and was told he would not be able to come out until Tuesday. He was very apologetic. I decided to keep looking for some one that could come out that day. Matt called me back a short time later and told me he knew what the problem was, and that he would get the part and work me in for late in the day. He told me my refrigerator would probably stop working before Tuesday, which it started to fail that day. He called back and told me the part was backordered for 1 to 2 months. (which I confirmed from other places) He then told me he might be able to fix the part himself. He asked me to take pictures of the part, which was the main circuit board and send them to him. He told me how to get to it in great detail. After receiving the pictures he called and said he could fix it and came out and did exactly that. Saved us money on the repair and also saved us from having to run out and buy a new refrigerator. I would feel very comfortable using this company and also recommending this company to everyone.

Service man arrived late for initial appointment but was apologetic and added a 10 percent labor discount on top of the Angie's List discount.

Matthew the service technician came out shortly after I called was very professional found a few things wrong with my refrigerator hoping it was the less expensive part he tried that first unfortunately it was the more expensive part. After installing .the part he called the next day to make sure everything was working properly. When I told him the ice maker hadn't start working yet he came out promptly and fixed it. With out any extra charge. I would highly recommend this family own business. They really put there customer's first.

At UR Service was great. They came out to give us a quote and offered to put the cost of the quote towards the repair if we chose to go with them. The technician was friendly and knowledgable. They were even able to offer us a refurbished part to save money, which we really appreciated! We would definitely use them again.

It was an amazing experience. He showed up when he said he would and once he discovered the issue gave me all of the possible options, no pressure. We scheduled a follow up for the actual repair the next day (needed to order a part) but when he discovered the part was in stock, instead of just waiting until the next day, he came right back out to finish the job - fit me into an already full schedule. Best experience ever...i will definately call again..in fact I've already recommended them to friends!!

It went great! It works great. It was a tight situation due to we were leaving on vacation, and he got out there and got it done quick! He was there about 8 hours at least. We were extremely pleased.

Evaluated the problem with our refrigerator and strongly recommended not repairing it because the cost would be too high based on the value of the appliance. We therefore bought a new refrigerator for just slightly more that the estimated repair cost of the old one. The honesty and integrity was refreshing and greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone.

I realized my refrigerator quit working in the early Monday morning, I called provider list at the first line of the search list from Angie's list website, but no one reply. Then I call the second on the list which is Matt, he answered the phone right away and showed up after 45 min. The generator of my refrigerator not working, the ice in the freezer are melt. Matt explain to me what he is going to try and how much it will cost me. The possibility of some other related issues and the cost. The first time he tried to unlock the generator didn't success, he keep tried, finally succeed. Matt is good at what he does. I will recommend it to my friends.

Our fridge had conked out on late Wednesday. I called AT UR Service and Matthew answered. He was apologetic that the earliest he would be able to make it was at 8 a.m. the next day. I was expecting a much later appointment with such short notice! He called about 15 minutes prior to the appointed time stating that he was running a bit behind due to traffic. He was only 10 minutes late. Almost upon arrival he diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. I was expecting the quote to be much higher so I was more than happy to give him the go ahead. He explained to me in detail why the motherboard had blown some circuits and what to do to prevent it from happening in the future. A couple of hours later my fridge was humming again and we were able to save most of our food. Matthew was meticulously clean, making sure not to leave a mess. He was also very pleasant to talk to. I have never been able to recommend anyone for any kind of repair job until now. Matthew is the best!!!!

Matt was able to come to my home on a Saturday within two hours of calling him. When he got here he let me know that the washers we have were not the type he thought they were when I called....this was not a problem just that the time to repair may be longer because of the build of the machine. He was very careful with my washer, showed concern for my home by limiting the best he could the amount of water that spilled to the floor (he had to clean the coin catcher in the machine...it was clogged), and even leveled my washer for me. He also performed a minor job on my dishwasher at no charge. All in all I was very impressed with Matt and would use him again when we have a problem with any of our large appliances.

They're pretty good. They seemed honest and knowledgeable. It was good. They were on time. I think their price was pretty standard.

Matthew was great. He diagnosed the problem in a reasonable amount of time and gave an estimate to repair the ice machine. I appreciated his honest recommendation that the refrigerator was not worth repairing. So, although he didn't do the work, I would definitely call him back for work in the future.

Superb! I was contacted shortly after I submitted an email request; repair person came that day. Excellent, prompt service. Repair person was very thorough, explained everything, and took care in diagnosing the problem. Even took the control panel home to see if it was only part of it that was nonfunctional. Extremely happy with the service and will definitely call them again when I need an appliance repaired!

Matt was very nice and carried on a informational conversation with my husband showing him how the refrigerator worked and what the problem was. He was neat and cleaned up after himself so I didn't have to.
