Description of Work: Matt repaired my broken washing machine (he had made sure he had the correct parts for my machine model). He also figured out what was wrong with my leaky refrigerator. Matt is very knowledgable and thorough with a pleasant personality. I'll definitely use him again..

Description of Work: Had leak in water filer line into refrig., he cleaned up behind frig. replaced filter.

Description of Work: Went to run a load in the washer and machine did not run. Called At UR Service and arranged a service call for the saem day. Technician, Matt, arrived in the slotted time and went right to work. Explained the problem and fixed it on the spot. Looked at the faulty dryer also, for a minimal charge and told me what issue was with it. Could not get dryer fixed this time but will definately use them again.

Description of Work: First of all, the phone service was great off the bat. They were able to get someone down to look at my washer that afternoon. Though I was not home, my wife was very impressed by the technician's professionalism. She said he called before arriving, introduced himself upon arrival, explained everything to my wife, called me at work to confirm, and then cleaned up after himself. After a couple of return days, mostly because of the parts and the type of washer, he was not able to fix it, and therefore did not charge me for the work already done. Overall, the service was great. They were very knowledgeable and considerate about everything. I highly recommend giving them a call for any appliance repair or maintenance needs.

Description of Work: Fan stopped working in my Electrolux fridge/freezer combo, so it wasn't cooling properly. He gave me 2 options--replace the fan (he said this was not necessary) or have him clear off a little bit of corrosion and add some lubrication to the parts to get it going again. He warrantied his work and said if it stopped working to call him and he would install the fan if necessary w/o charging for labor (just for the part). Matt came out to do the work within 40 minutes of my initial call to the company on a SATURDAY morning. AWESOME. He was clean, courteous, and seemed very knowledgeable. My fridge seems to be working well now, so I'm very pleased with the service I've received and have bookmarked this company as my new, go-to, appliance repair place.
