Description of Work: Roof and gutters hadn't been cleaned in 3 years. He had special tools he made himself,that used air to clean off old fiberglass porch cover,it blew out even the cobwebs in the tight areas. Have never seen it that clean! He cleaned up mess completely around house, couldn't tell he had made any mess at all. Rained today and patio didn't leak from backup of debris.

Description of Work: Cleaned gutters and downspouts. Cleaned up all debris nicely. When one downspout was clogged during next rainstorm, I called and he came out the next day to clear it at no extra charge. Very professional and very responsive to customer's needs.

Description of Work: I got an appointment right away. Dave arrived on time and explained everything he did. I was impressed with the amount of dirt he extracted from those drains. He was professional and I appreciate the quality of work I received. The price was most reasonable. I will use them again.

Description of Work: unclogged 2 down spouts. They had to use 40 ft. ladder which is why we couldn't do it. They were very good and it took them no time at all. They are coming back in June.

Description of Work: I called this firm and as others reported Collleen was very pleasant . I explained that I had a one level house with gutters on the front side only. I had measured them to be about 85 ft., but I padded tthat be around 100 ft. Well, Colleen went through her litany and asked my house square footage. I told her that was not material because I was just looking at the only gutters I wanted cleaned on the front. I have a flat line roof which can easily be reached from the ground. I have snap in gutter guards that prevent leaf buildup. My only concern was that I live in a very dusty town and there might be dirt built up inside. Well, she tells me that there is a $100 minimum charge. But, then she went on to tell me that it might cost $200 or more depending on the gutter guard removal and replacement. I thought, you have got to be kidding. As far as I know, it does not take an advanced degree to clean gutters. Yes - 2 story houses present an additional safety issue. Would I ever hire these people? Heck No. I can have my adult son get up on our ladder and do the job in 1 hour.
