Great service, attention to detail, great cleanup.

I am very pleased with my concrete work completed by Double OO Construction. The job took a little longer than I anticipated due to an ordering mistake; however, the work completed was a job well done. The only problem was some damage to my grass from the guys going in and out of the backyard; however, that's an easy fix. I would highly recommend Double OO construction to others.

Oscar was a great guy to work with and he was very creative in coming up with solutions so the project could go forward. He is willing to share ideas without being overbearing and he respects your vision. We hired him for a concrete demolition and install that required him to come up with a plan to suspend an overhand and replace the footings. He did an outstanding job with this. We had a fence company install a fence and he coordinated the install with the fence posts. The fence company people really liked his work, too. We will definitely hire him again. Our yard looks great!

I have nothing but praise for Double OO Construction, operated by Oscar Olivares. My large redwood deck was 25 years old and crumbling and I wanted it ripped out and replaced with stamped concrete. Oscar and his extremely proficient crew showed up on time every day, ripping out the old deck and hauling off every inch of the debris, moving existing sprinkler lines and completing my new deck within a week, including a beautiful planter around an existing tree. Oscar is intelligent, creative, very fair and there were no surprise charges. My sister liked his work so much she hired him to do her roof. I'm re-hiring him to replace by lawn. AAA+++

Overall I would rate OO Construction as Excellent... Double OO Construction proved to be very reliable and highly professional; the work has done on time and at a very competative price. Double OO Construction did an excellent job and I would recommend them to others as well as call them back for any future projects I may have.

We asked Double OO, Oscar, to give us a bid to fix the color on our concrete. He gave us a very reasonable bid. We also asked him to bid on a new driveway and boat pad. During the construction, Oscar noticed that the gate to the boat pad was not built sturdy and so he suggested we fix that, too. All of his work was done with care. His crew was responsible and cleaned up after they were done each day. The stamped and stained concrete is beautiful!

Needed a cement walkway and gate replaced as the current cement had slipped away from the foundation and started to sink. Oscar was my first choice of contractors to come out and bid on the job due to the great reviews that were written about him and his team. After meeting Oscar and going over what I wanted/needed, I saw why other customers said such great things about him. In fact, after meeting him there was no doubt he was going to be the contractor I chose. Oscar and his team did a great job of prepping and laying the new cement and gate. I contracted with Double OO to widen my driveway, install a walkway next to my house and replace a section of concrete along my pool. The crew showed up as scheduled and were extremely professional and polite. They were also very accomodating to minor changes I requested as the work was being done. Oscar had them do extras without charging me - like installing a drainage system under the walkway, which is something I didn't think about but looks great. I am very happy with the work they did and would higly recommend them to anyone who needs concrete work done. I am now working with Double OO to remodel my kitchen and master bath.

We are so incredibly happy with the work Oscar and Double OO Construction did for us. They installed an absolutely beautiful 60 plus foot winding sidewalk in our backyard. I didn't really have any preconceived notions about how I wanted it to look, and Oscar made some suggestions that would never have occurred to me, and it came out BEAUTIFUL. As with most people, I dreaded having to look for a contractor. But as soon as I met Oscar, I felt I was in good hands. He's professional yet very personable, punctual, and finished the job promptly. I would HIGHLY recommend him. PLUS, his prices are VERY reasonable.
