Double OO Construction

Double OO is one of the best contractors that I've hired. The complete job was estimated to take 6 to 8 days - they finished in 5 days. Completely finished! None of this -- we'll be back next week to do the final touches -- they were completely finished, making sure we were hap[y with the job before they left on the fifth day. The contractor through in extras -- all outlined in the contract and completed. The retaining wall and backyard enhancements look great.

We used Double O Construction to install two concrete steps for us in a garden room and patio. One step required matching previously installed tile. We were very pleased with the results. All work was done professionally and completed in a timely manner. We plan to hire them for our next project.

Oscar is true to his word regarding his appointment schedules, does the job is a relatively short time and leaves the job site clean. If I decide to put concrete for my backyard, Oscar and Double 00 Construction is first on my list.

Oscar and his crew were terrific! His workers tore out and put up a new fence and new drive-way in just days. They were on-time, neat, and worked together like clockwork. Oscar works alongside his crew and several have been with him for years. It shows. The work is quality, Oscar's word is gold, and I wish every contractor I have had or will have were like him. We will not hesitate to use Double OO Construction for future projects.

Double OO Construction was promptly on the job as promised and stayed on the job until it was finished. They went beyond the "specified" scope of the contact in fixing our sprinkler line. Our retaining wall is beautiful - beyond our expectations!!!

At first oscar seemed to completely be what I asked for he sold me on a vision loaded with promises and I took him at his word then the contract he gave was worded in a way at first glance seemed to be close to what we discussed but upon closer inspection wasnt at all what we had discussed or settled upon. Then the arguing began and lasted throughout the entirety of the job escallating daily. I went with this company because I thought u get what u pay for. Not in this case I got very little for alot of money and hassels. Good luck if u pick this guy youll need it for sure

I liked the fact that Double OO Construction's owner was flexible to take care of the small details that sometimes as customers we do not get to anticipate. I do recommend Double OO to other customers.

This is a guy who chooses to work 1 job site at a time, so you get his undivided attention. He has fantastic ideas and isn't worried about rolling with minor changes, if necessary. His crew was friendly, timely and respectful. I would recommend Oscar to anyone!

There were a couple water surprizes during the removal of the old concrete and some unexpected sprikler ran causing the crew some delay but with a great smile and determination they removed the mud and filled with road base and the new cement was poured on time. I liked watching the crew work as they were like poetry in motion. As soon as the cement started to flow down the shoot all hands were busy and stayed busy until the job was done. It looks great. Amazing job! Quick, great price and beautiful work.

Although this job is taking longer than expected, Double OO will not quit until I am satisfied. We've had some bumps and mistakes and they are always more than willing to make it right so that I am happy. Some of the bumps were simply unforseen circumstances...

Since the day I bought my home, I envisioned a beautiful patio and courtyard to soon finish the front of my home. After two years I finally talked my wife into commiting to my project. I would definitely recommend Double OO Construction (Oscar) for concrete work. He did the clearing, excavation, formwork, rebar, concrete pour stamping and coloring. We had approximately 900 sq feet added. We are still waiting for the final color to settle in, but it's only been a couple of weeks. He left the site clean and was very easy to work with. I'll probably have him come back for future work on my property. His cost was very comparable to other concrete contractors, but he was much more responsive.

We are very pleased with the results. The crew was hard working and polite. Oscar was great to work with.
