Oscar and crew were the right folks for the job I wanted. The price was great for the work they did. Oscar went above and beyond by dealing with the city(permits and inspections) as well as doing plenty of extra work for no extra cost. They only do one job at a time; which is great knowing the job wasn't contracted out to different people. Oscar did not cut corners and made sure my concrete will be around for many years to come by installing rebars before pouring the concrete. Plus, he showed up with some tasty tamales I'll be more than willing to pay for(free). Will hire in the future.

The good points..Got to job in a timely manner,friendly people,finished in a timely manner.VERY BAD POINTS..Used thin plywood for the overhang,nails sticking out underneath,had to be grounded down and repainted,they used a paint sprayer instead of using brushes or a roller after the overhang was put together,CONSEQUENTLY..I lost 99% of all of my edibles (lettuce,cabbage,rosemary,bay laurel,herbs and possibly my two citrus trees. All of my plants on either side,my bench,garden art,etc.full of spray paint. He would not agree to pull $100.00 of the price to cover my losses.Won't rehire/refer.

Oscar and his crew were exceptionally professional, starting with his estimate , including ideas and suggestions for our particular job. He was always on time, his crew were just as professional, they had their own equipment, and the job went exactly as Oscar had said it would. The new patio as well as the demolition work made a huge difference in the back yard, and we are nothing but delighted. Thanks to Oscar and his whole crew!

Oscar and his crew were on time and professional. Although our driveway was a simple broom finish, Oscar worked with us to make the best looking driveway for the overall cost. I would definitely recommend OO to anyone looking to get a new driveway installation.

Oscar made suggestion on our project (new driveway, walkways, front courtyard, back patio and new fence). He suggested a 2' wall to separate the fruit trees from the patio and since we have a fire hydrant right next to our driveway he recommended a post be place near it to prevent anyone from hitting the hydrant. Oscar also did a few extra projects that came up but didn't charge us an arm or leg to do the additional job. He and his crew also cleaned up everything. Even power washed the street in front of our house. Oscar will be our go to man for all future projects.

They when beyond what was required. They was very careful, and clean their job and mess with a 5 star raiding. I was very happy and I do recommend them.

Oscar did what they said they would do and even suggested some changes that I would not have thought of which we agreed was a good idea. They came to work day after day until the job was completed in 100+ degree weather until it ws completed. And came back for some finishing touches that needed to be done. Overall, better than great experience with this contractor. Definately will use again for future projects. All the neighbors are complementing the work that was done. Plus, he brings these great home made tamales for his crew and offers you some from time to time. Thanks again Oscar!!

OO saved my project that another contractor meshed up big time. Oscar is very knowledgeable. He and his crew worked hard and were very friendly and courteous. They were always on time and cleaned the work area everyday. I would most certianly use OO Construction again. We now have the driveway we wanted.

Oscar stays on the job until it is finished and if there is anything left that needs to be fixed he comes back to make sure it is right. He does a great job of providing suggestions while taking a long term view of things.

The project was completed in a professional and timely fashion. We're very pleased with the results.

We had a very good experience with Oscar. He put in a large back patio and small front patio, stamped and colored. Oscar is a professional with a lot of experience, during the poor he had a crew of 6 men, all were skilled journeymen. Every aspect of the job was done right. Everyone showed up early and got the 5 day job done. We were very pleased with the end product. It was fairly obvious that Oscar wanted us to be happy with the job and was going to do things properly. Getting the right contract is a big part of a good outcome. Its my opinion that you won't go wrong getting Oscar as your contractor.
