Description of Work: I purchased a big deal to have a new water heater installed by Fast Water Heater. Overall, it was a great experience. My only disappointment was that they did not stick to the schedule they established and didn't notify me when they were delayed. I had to call to ask where the technician was, and even then he didn't show up for 1-1/2 hours after the second, later, time slot I was given. I wasn't happy by the time he arrived, but he was professional, tidy and completed the job quickly.
