Excellent! From the moment I requested the service, Anthony was on the phone making contact. He met me at my house with his lovely son (that's learning the trade), and immediately assessed the job. I had two cables that traced from the modem and router to under the house to other parts of the house. I was soon to have the carpets replaced with hardwood and didn't want to have the holes in the new floor! I thought I would have to have to make holes in my walls to route the cables, but he knew how to use the existing Cable outlet to thread through the internet cables there. His son put on overalls, crawled under the house and upon his Dad's directions re-threaded the cables to the existing outlet, where Anthony then pulled it through and made the connections. As for the refreshed phone wall outlets, I had 3 in this home office that is in the process of being redecorated. He replaced the plates, rewiring and coating with a corrosion preventative. I also had an outdoor phone outlet (remember when we had to have those before the days of wireless!!) that I wanted disabled. He did that and tied off the connections, once again with an anti-corrosive and sealed them. I thought he was just there to give me an estimate and then set up an appt to do the work, but he started working right then and there! One hour later, DONE! They cleaned up, and waited while I tested all the connections to make sure they were all good! And they were! I definitely will use Anthony in the future to put in any TV, Internet and telephone cables and share my experience with others! He was so fast, reasonable, and conscientious about all! I contacted Anthony after moving into a new home that badly needed wired ethernet in a number of rooms. He was skeptical about how easy the job would be due to the size and height of the home - routing cable through the attic was problematic due to the large amount of loose insulation - but after coming out and taking a look at the site he was able to come up with a plan to complete the job with minimal drilling and that maintained the aesthetic of the home. Everything was done professionally and cleanly, with all exterior wiring run through conduit that was painted to match the color of the home and routed parallel to the solar conduit already mounted to the exterior. He also replaced the cable that a FiOS tech had stapled to the garage wall, instead routing it through color-matched conduit along the ceiling leading to a flush-mounted jack inside the home. In total there were 8 runs, 1 in the living room, 3 in different bedrooms, and 4 in a hobby room where the router and my server equipment is located. I felt the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved (two days of work with a second worker on the first day), and would recommend Anthony to anyone I know without hesitation.

They did a great job... willing to adapt their plans to what I needed, very thorough and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. Excellent experience!

Anthony was responsive and after the initial call, we communicated via text to confirm location and appointment. Anthony arrived the following morning, introduced himself, and surveyed options for installing the phone line and jack. The room in question had a previous phone line run on an exterior wall and was never used. The line was removed when the home was repainted. Anthony accessed the upper attic and found the original phone lines. He spliced in and installed a new junction box in the attic, running a new line into the bedroom via a closet. His install was clean and hidden, placing the new jack just outside the closet and running the wire behind the bedroom wall and out after drilling. I would highly recommend Anthony and will call/refer him for any future related work. He was friendly, polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with.

I called him this morning and he was here by 1:30. He was very knowledgable, courteous, well mannered, and very pleasant to be around. I would refer him to friends and family, and would absolutely call him again if I ever have another need. I wish every service man that came to my home was like him.

There was an initial visit where he figured out the best path for the ethernet to go and what materials he would need for the job. He returned the following weekend (was nice to work on a Sunday for me!) and brought everything he'd need with him, including his nephew to help out (great kid). They got to work and plowed throught the job with hardly a break. They ended up doing a fantastic job running neat clean pvc conduit from the upstairs office down through the garage and into the basement. From there it was routed under the house (alot more cleanly than any other cabling I have down there!) and up into the wall I needed it wired to. There was alot of care and attention to making sure the appearance was nice and neat. I don't even notice the new conduit in the garage. Marchant was interested in finding the most functional and best esthetic placement rather than what would just be easiest for him to do. I'll definitely be calling them for any and all future cabling needs. Pricing was more than fair considering all the custom cutting/trimming and fitting of the pvc conduit.

lvAnthony responded quickly, showed up on time and fixed the phone jack. He was professional and polite. He had to troubleshoot and find an active phone connection.

At the end of the visit all were working, the main box was better organized and all the connections were properly labeled.

Called Anthony based on previous Angies List reviews... am trusting AL more and more... He came in and gave me an estimate about half of another provider (not on AL) that my designer/contractor recommended. We have done an extensive home remodel in several phases, and he has come back FOUR times as we have proceeded with our work as we have moved to different areas of the house. He and his crew were on time every time, he has always been easy to get ahold of, and he worked well with our other workers and our contractor. We installed ethernet cabling throughout the house (30 year old home) and he also replaced/upgraded our TV Coax cable when he saw that we had older cabling, in addition to installing new TV coax jacks in several rooms. He also installed 4 new phone jacks in various rooms in the house as well. He installed the patch cable box in one of our closets and it looks very nice, and he cleaned up all of his wiring in the attic after completing the install and it all looks great. He has been the easiest person we have worked with during our entire remodel... on time and on budget. I cannot say enough good things about Anthony and his work... I would HIGHLY recommend him for ANY wiring job in the house - Ethernet, TV cable, or phone - he did them all for us...

Anthony came to give second opinion about adding a new phone jack in the house. We would have let him do the job if we decided to do it. He help to troubleshoot why our home security system no working while he was here. He got it fixed, so I cancelled the appointment with the home security support. He was not going to charge us anything but we offered to pay him.

Mr. Anthony was the third person we had hired to fix a static problem on my wife's office phone line and the only one who was able to fix the problem. Note: He was the only person I got from Angie's List. The other two were referrals from friends and those guys were complete failures. I finally went to Angie's List, and based upon the reviews decided to give The Phone Jack Medic a chance. Mr. Anthony has 23 years experience working with phone lines and such and it sure showed. He was able to diagnose the problem correctly and showed us all along the way what the problem was and how he could fix it. Sure enough, after about an hour on the job, he had replaced a telephone junction box and replaced all of the bad (and I mean BAD) telephone cables and wiring which had become ruined due to rain and water damage over the years. He fixed everything, cleaned up after himself and did all of this in a friendly, professional manner. If you need help with anything to do with telephones, fax machines or other telephone/telephone line issues, do yourself a favor and hook up with this guy. We were overjoyed after he finished and all of our home phones were finally working perfectly. I was so happy I gave him a fifty dollar tip. I mean after all the work he did, he only wanted to charge us $150. We were so happy we would have paid him twice that amount, so we gave him a $50 bonus, which he graciously accepted after we insisted he take it. We were so pleased with his work and his knowledge that we are going to have him come back an replace all of the old wiring throughout the entire house. This was a typical wonderful experience using an Angie's List referral. We are so pleased!

Due to the home being build in the 1950's, several modifications to the phone line and security systems have been made. Upon needing a new line put into the home, Phone Jack Medic was able to source a new line, troubleshoot and remove old lines. Phone Jack Medic was quick and professional and I would use their service in the future.

He came 1 hour after I called. finished within an hour. no drama. I'm very happy.

I contacted Phone Jack Medic through the listing in Angie's List. I left a voicemail and he was able to respond quickly via both text and voice. We made arrangements to have him come out and do the service after the Christmas holidays. On the day of service, he texted his eta about 30 minutes prior to arriving, and arrived on time. I explained the work I needed done (running an ethernet line from one part of our cafe to another). He listened to my description, asked several questions regarding location and line termination specifics, and quickly got to work. He was able to get the line installed and tested quickly in a pretty busy environment. Additionally, he reconnected our VoIP phone and tested that as well. I inspected the completed work, and I was very happy with everything. I recommend him, and I will be hiring him again, this time for residential work.

Needed an assessment of a job poorly installed by phone company. He called immediately was willing to come out right away knew the problem and solved it in the phone! Wonderful guy so smart and considerate would absolutely use again!

Really well. Anthony first came to my house to diagnose and suggest and then returned on another day to perform the work. He would have jumped right in to it, however it was at dusk and too dangerous to do roof wiring on the first visit. He was very professional and creative with solutions. His cable runs were neat, clean and low impact. He was communicative throughout the entire process. Overall he did a wonderful job and my system is up and running well. Exactly what I needed.

I called Anthony on Monday 12/9/13 and explained my situation. I have 2 locations I wanted ethernet wired connections to connect back to my router. All locations were in 1 room however they were adjacent to each other in a triangle. The wires were to be connected underneath the house via the crawlspace. Anthony wanted to take a look at the location before he commited any price. He came to my house that evening and we went over the work to be done. Everything looked easy enough until we got a look at the crawlspace. It wasn't the nicest looking of crawlspaces unfortunately. We discussed a price and settled on it. He would return on Friday for the installation. He returned on Friday, however he was a bit late due to traffic. Understandable, and I had nothing planned for the rest of the day for the install. Anthony arrived at 2:30 and worked on the installation. Because he worked alone he required more time than a 2-crew operation did. However the worked he did was very professional. There were previous holes for the installation but it looked like the previous work was done like a mickey mouse operation. (OK that was insulting Disney, sorry.) Anthony cut the wall properly, placed the screw hole placard to it so it would look like it was done professionally. He then proceeded to spend the next two hours in the crawl space underneath and placed the cables in. I did not go into the crawl space myself to take a look at his work but I am going to trust his honesty on what he did. He then proceeded to finish the rest of the install, and clean up the mess from the wall and various clippings of the Ethernet cable. Over all he took about 3-4 hours of work to complete. I tested the connection and everything works fine, I did a speedtest.net to check and everything was well. Thank you Anthony. I paid by check.

He is very professional and detailed, and he clearly knows what he is doing. I need it to install a dedicated phone jack and he did it under one hour.

My house had an ethernet mess. Anthony fixed it beautifully. He repurposed some existing wires, fished some new wires through old conduit, spend some time crawling around under my house, installed some new wall jacks, etc., and voila!... my network is now 10x faster than it was before. Ten times!!! My old solution was using Powerline ethernet adapters (running the ethernet signal through the house?s electrical lines), but it was never fast or reliable. Now I?ve got a healthy ethernet network that can stream 2 uncompressed Blu-rays simultaneously with room to spare. Thanks, Anthony!

I live in a "Mid-Century" house and I have been replacing everything. One by one my phone jacks have stopped working. Last year I had Verizon come out and check the wiring. They fixed the problem from the house to the pole. However the repairs they did inside the house were short lived. Although I pay a small fee on my phone bill for wire repair in the house,Verizon never touched the old house wiring and old cracked plastic phone terminals installed 50 years ago.I live in Palm Desert and it is VERY hard to get repair people to make the drive out here. Anthony came out the same day I called. He installed new wiring and replaced phone jacks all in a timely manner. He also made sure my alarm was connected and working properly. Anthony is extremely polite and he shows you and explains to you everything he is doing. I HIGHLY reccommend Phone Jack Medic.

Anthony was great and I would recommend him to anyone who needs this kind of help. I admittedly know nothing about this area and Anthony was able to explain it in terms we understood. He's very genuine and has high expectations for his own work. He will take all the time he needs to fix your problem (which makes scheduling a little difficult, but it's worth it).

Anthony was great with keeping touch on the day of the appointment. He made it here only two days after I called him. When he arrived, he was prepared, knowledgable and thorough. He installed the jack, then repaired the outside phone unit (I don't know the official name, but it had lost it's top due to rough handling by my gardener.) He's a personable, friendly guy and I'm super pleased with his work.

He was very personable, he did a great job. There was no fooling around. I was very pleased with his work, and he had a great personality.

Marchant showed up when he said he would and went over what he was going to do. He was very meticulous and neat. He ran the new cat 5 cable so that it was not conspicuous at all, even though that meant that more of the new wire ran under the house than before. He did not rush the job and made sure that everything worked before he left. I would definitely use Marchant again.
