Great - Anthony stayed until 8:30 at night getting the job done and was very positive and can do. He was also very reasonable in price considering it was a Saturday night and ended up being a much bigger and complicated project than anticipated.

Overall, he was knowledgeable, professional, and did great work and customer service!! I called Anthony and right away I could tell he was more of a phone/Ethernet wiring expert than the others I had spoken with (since I had been searching around). He was more than willing to answer any questions I had over the phone. We set up a Saturday appointment, which was a big plus not to have to cram it in during the week. Anthony was running about 90 minutes behind on the day of our appointment, but if you have ever had any repairs done that is normal. After seeing what we wanted to do, he talked through all our options and provided a great quote. It was a no brainier! Part of the wiring for the TV had to be routed down an exterior wall due to our roof line, but Anthony covered it with a nice molding that he made a special trip for. Anthony did a great job and we couldn't be happier! It is so nice to have the computer in a separate office, and a hardwired TV (so long wifi buffering). Anthony also went the extra mile by returning later to provide an extra Ethernet cable.

He came a long way, was punctual and kept me updated on his arrival. His work was very professional and the fee was reasonable.

Marchant Anthony was professional and a pleasure to do business with. I was tired of wifi and wanted wired connections for speed and reliability. He actually recommended a better wireless router; however, I was done with wireless. I can even connect my smartphone via ethernet cable in areas of the house where wireless took forever. It's fantastic! Marchant Anthony arrived on time with his helper and got right to work. He explained everything that he was going to do and how he was going to do it so that there would be no surprises. The job took longer that he expected, but he stuck with his quote. A man of his word! Once he was finished, he put the house back together and cleaned up. It was a great experience.

Mr. Anthony was easy to reach, and was very helpful from the initial phone conversation. From the start of the job, he answered all of our questions and explained potential challenges and solutions for different wiring obstacles. Once he got into the attic, he was able to provide more detailed solutions and identify workarounds to all of the challenges. He was very professional and focused on doing the job right, and making sure all of our questions were answered throughout the job. At the end, he showed me the wiring hub where the modem meets the switch and all wires come together. It was mounted in the attic, and looked very clean, with everything labeled, which I really appreciate. We will definitely hire Mr. Anthony again, and would highly recommend him.

It took a while to get time where both Anthony and I were available, that said, once on the Job he took over. Installed Cat6 Cabling from my router upstairs to a dedicated jack downstairs on the other side of the house. Installed an Apple Extreme and I now have a solid signal of WIFI downstairs. Yay - this has been something I have tried to do for the last few years with various extenders and all to no avail. Anthony came in and was done within 3 hours. Great job and I will recommend to anyone to Phone Jack Medic who has WIFI issues.

It took him a lot of patience and time but he narrowed it down and now all my phone lines are working great. In fact he even called the next day to make sure things were working good. Marchant Anthony did an exceptional job for us! He is a very busy one-man show, but he came out right away to assess the situation. He came back a couple days later after buying the materials. We opted to run Cat 6 wiring around the house since we didn't have attic/crawl space. He did a great job of hiding the wiring and on the couple spots that would be visible he put some trim pieces that matched the house color. The inside looked nice and clean too. I bought an apple router from him at a discount and he set it up for me and made sure everything was working before he left. We couldn't be happier with the work. The internet is finally working great. I really appreciate his flexibility with my work schedule and he was very conscientious working in our home and cleaning up. Also, he was really sweet to my 3 year old who was following him around a lot. Highly recommended!

The work was done perfectly. I called him around noon and he arrived on time at 5pm the same day. He ran the cable as I asked outside the house and tucked it under the eaves so it's hidden. He finished the job in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself. All in all a very pleasant house call!

I called Anthony late on Friday afternoon. I explained what I wanted to do and he asked questions and requested photographs. I texted the photos along with my request. Anthony and his crew were out the following afternoon to get the job started. Originally, I thought we could only get the first part done on Saturday, but Anthony and Otis stayed and worked on the job until it was done. They even went out and bought me a network switch that I needed to make it work better! Fantastic job, very professional and personable! Don't call anyone else for your cabling needs.

I live in a house that was built in the 80s which was wired with the old coax standard RJ59. I wanted to add ethernet and new coax wiring/outlets to multiple rooms in the house. To save on costs I wanted all the wiring run outside the house and then punched in through the walls at the outlet locations. Anthony and his crew finished running the wire on day one, and Anthony came back the next day to finish the last remaining pieces and to clean up. Everything is working wonderfully and I couldn't be happier. I will be having Anthony come back to do more work once his schedule frees up. If you need wiring work done in your house - I couldn't recommend Phone Jack Medic more. OUTSTANDING JOB at a very fair price. THANKS ANTHONY!

Anthony was very quick to respond to me and very communicative about the approach we would take. I have 10 network cabels and jacks in my house and knew that at least 2 of them were not working, actually thought 4 weren't. Anthony and Otis got to my house and worked very well with me from start to finish. It was very clear once we past the initial discussion phase and when he would start charging an hourly rate. They tested every jack in the house to make sure they were ok and also helped me label each jack 1-10 as that hadn't been done originally. We only found 2 connections that were not working and Anthony very creatively found a way to fix them. I was completely happy with their work, how they worked with me and in my house and their rates are very, very reasonable. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Owner and his assistant came out on the day and time of appointment promptly, assessed the job, quoted price and then proceeded to do everything very professionally from start to finish. WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILY.

My contractor for a home remodel project cut the existing line and drywalled over the old line. Anthony came out and ran a new phone line from the FiOS service box under the house and pulled the cable up through an interior wall to install a new small phone jack and box just above the base board. Finished the job quickly and cleaned up after himself. Great job done quickly.

The line coming into the house was bad. He was able to confirm and liaise with the phone company to get the lines working again.

Anthony was phenomenal to work with. He kept me in constant communication with where he was and when he would be able to work on our project. Once here, he worked hard non-stop and did very high-quality work. He was meticulous in cleaning up after installing each of the jacks as well as the work he did in the garage. Our house was pre-installed with Cat 5 throughout for telephone and there was a rats nest of cabling in the telephone box outside. Anthony extended and brought the wiring through our garage where he moved our AT&T U-verse router, network switch, and patch box. I will definitely use Anthony again in the future and recommend him to anybody that would need network work done.

PJM was very quick to respond to first questions on Angie's List. He asked for info and photos of old phone. He was available the next day and took out the old wall phone and rewired and installed new phone jack and installed a new phone (for hear of hearing) within 45 minutes. Very efficient, very personable.
