Went well out of his way to fix the problem soon after I called -- same day.

Wonderful service. He was able to handle the job that was presented to him. Very easy going. Was great to talk to about what was the trouble and different ways to go about the job.

Even when I couldn't figure out the "FILTER FIRST" concept, he made a special trip back to the apartment building to educate me. This vendor was very responsive in answering my initial request via Angie's list (e-mail only) and proceeded to arrange an appointment on Memorial Day. He was delayed about 2 hours from his originally scheduled appointment time (hence the "C" grade on punctuality). However when he arrived he proceeded to not only quickly diagnose the problem but also quickly come up with a solution that was efficient and non-invasive. He not only corrected the problem but also made sure the solution did not adversely affect the DSL service we also have. Throughout the job he was courteous and professional and made sure to let us know he was going to be in the area the next day and to be sure to call him if we had any problems or issues. His charge was the same as his initial quote even though I cautioned that the problem may be more difficult to solve. All in all a very professional and conscientious professional.

Marchant arrived on time, we went over exactly what I needed done. I had a phone jack that was not connected to the pole. Things were prewired already in the house because we were in the tail end of a remodel but the jack was dead. It turns out the jack was not physically connected to the wiring inside the house and the pole service was not connected in the panel on the outside of the house. Marchant tested lines, found the one we needed, hooked up to the jack inside the house and fed the service to the connections on the outside of the house. Then MArchant pointed out a sloppy connection that the cable guy did and he cleaned that up and redirected the cable so it wouldn't interfere with the enclosure that was housing it. He did this without my asking. He just did this because I could tell he is a person that is proud of his work and even if it wasn't his job if he could fix something he would. I love that in a service person and I had to tip him because he asked for no extra money. Use this man!

For months, we had heard static on our land line, which my wife uses for her home business. We called AT&T twice and they performed some kind of remote test, which revealed no problems with the line. (They said it must be the battery in our cordless phone or the wiring in our house). We called Marchand and he showed up on time. It took him about 10 minutes to diagnose the problem: faulty wiring from the phone pole to our house (AT&T's line). Marchand called AT&T, explained the problem to them in technical terms and set up a service call for that same day. (Typically, they didn't show up until the next day.) In the meantime, Marchand called back twice to follow up on the problem, just to make sure it had been solved. He charged $65 for the service call, which was well worth it just to get an accurate diagnosis of the problem. AT&T finally came to inspect the line and found it had been chewed through by squirrels. I would definitely recommend Marchand, he is very professional.

Marchand Anthony is a very nice, likable, professional person. He and his team-member Tony added our new phone line from the box on the outside of the house and also while under the house added 2 Ethernet lines so I could connect to our Blu-Ray and 2nd Office directly without using the inconsistent wireless connection. It was another great Angie's List find for me. He drove a long distance from San Bernadino to West Hills and kept me apprised of his arrival time. We tested everything before he left and it all worked. I am very happy and will use him again when needed. I highly recommend 'Anthony' the Phone Medic.

Absolutely perfect. I called Anthony on Thursday, he came out on Friday and got everything fixed up exactly how I wanted it. His charges are very reasonable and he does excellent work. I would definitely recommend him for anyone who needs any kind of telephone wire repair or installation.

We had lost all phone service and had called ATT for a repair. They could not give us an appointment for over 2 weeks. That was bad news because we work from home. We called Anthony yesterday and he came out this morning. He found the problem (tested all phone wiring, jacks and exterior box ) and correctly rewired and fixed it. He explained everything he was doing as he worked. Our phone was working within 30 minutes of him getting here. He also gave us a written 6-month guarantee on his work. It all went very smoothly and he was very professional. We will now be calling him whenever we have phone trouble and will recommend him to friends.

We lost all three phone lines (Office, DSL & Home) in the heaviest period of the rain. Anthony was here wihin 2 hours of being called despite the fact that he had never before done work for us. All 3 lines were temporarily working wihin 1 1/2 hours and were permanently repaired 4 days later when the rain stopped. The problem was caused by a short in the internal wiring in a crawl space under the house. Because of the fact of the age of the house and multiple renovations there was a maze of telephone wire to sort through to tract the problem. Anthony was knowledgable, time efficient, accomodating, extraordinarily pleasant and fairly priced.

Anthony successfully installed internet jacks in my house and also trouble shot on going issues with static on our phone lines. Anthony used his meter to pinpoint the problem and replace a line as well as upgrade some old phone jacks. The line is now clear and I have internet ports in the bedrooms. Great job, very professional and I highly recommend him if you have any phone issues.

Anthony did a great job on this project. I originally wanted him to install a single cable to one location, but he did such a great job I expanded my requirements to add two additional rooms. He was prompt and very professional. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who requires cabling.

Marchant was a pleasure to deal with, extremely courteous and personable, very conscientious about keeping me updated on arrival time and explaining in detail what he was doing. I watched him as he went through the myriad available lines going up to our office suite, checking to see which had the best signals. He got the job done quickly and close to his original estimate (only went over because we added some requests when he got here. The phone company was going to charge me $230 to do this, and couldn't come for two weeks. Marchant came the next day, charged $100, did it well. Awesome.

Overall it was an excellent experience. The service tech had a busy day ahead of my call but kept me in the loop about his ETA. When I found out he was coming from far away I offered to reschedule but he insisted on coming as planned ... driving through downtown LA at rush hour to do it.

He was great. Responsive, affordable and even called to check the line was working hours later. He also guaranteed his work for 6 months.

Anthony was great. He was able to come over the same day. He was cheaper than the phone company, and he did a custom wiring job hiding the wires in our breezeway, when the phone company refused. A nice guy whom I'd trust to use again.

called anthony on monday. he showed up tuesday. walked the job, small but complicated. told him my budget. before i could finish my lunch, he had half of it done. within another hour it was all done. i even asked him to check some other jacks and he did without question, and no addtl cost. love this guy and highly recommend him!!

As our office building apparently was built to withstand a nuclear attack, two of Anthony's drill bits couldn't dent the walls and the third he bought specifically for the project broke after nearly making it through. He worked with us three days total, spending several hours getting the project done. After all was said and done, he only charged us for 4 hours of work at a very reasonable price to begin with (1/2 the hourly rate of the verizon guy and 3/4 the rate of other nearby competitors). Definitely would do business with him again.

Anthony was exceptionally responsive and thorough in his work. He always kept in touch about when he would come, and understood exactly what we needed. He did the job exactly as requested, pulling a new phone line under the house and attaching it cleanly to the exterior wall. He was thoughtful to ask about the color of the house so that he could bring almond colored wiring instead of standard white for a better blending in. He also checked out the quality of the DSL connection and a few other phones. He was honest about what we really needed to get done. Will 100% call Anthony again next time I need work done.

Bent over backwards to get everything right. Came by to fix office first. With other problems, he came back the day after and did a great job again. Highly recommended.

Anthony showed up on time, looked over the house and reduced his quote based on the work that he saw he had to do. The completed the jack work in about an hour and tested the jacks in front of me to make sure they worked. He is very pleasant and professional and much cheaper than the phone company.
