Description of Work: We were very happy with Anthony. We had been struggling with internet dead spots in our home and were frustrated with the limitations of wireless extenders that had been recommended by another tech guy. Anthony's phone and Ethernet expertise was extremely helpful. He ran an Ethernet cable along a corner on the outside of our house to our second floor and even patched and painted to make it blend in. Now, we finally have consistent internet service upstairs! Anthony is a busy guy as there are not many like him out there, but he worked hard to fit us in his schedule and even worked into the night to get the job done. Also, Anthony's nephew is his apprentice and he is a good guy, too, and a great helper. They have a good rapport with each other. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I was moving to an older apartment building with very old wiring (original from 1940?). I needed to relocate the main phone jack from the hallway to the living room to accommodate a landline and dsl modem. Anthony did a thorough evaluation of the wiring and proceeded to replace the wiring and relocate it. His work was clean and unobtrusive. You barely notice the wire. Description of Work: Phone line. Anthony and his assistant was provided excellent and professional service. They were prompt and on time. So responsive to my inquiry and followed up with all telephone calls to arrange a time to come out to perform the service. In addition, they traveled far on the weekend from the Riverside area to the San Fernando Valley, so the fact that they are willing to travel and accommodate their customers is commendable.

Description of Work: I couldn't get Verizon to repair my landline. They sent technicians who wouldn't do the work. I needed to restore my service. Description of Work: I had purchased & successfully set up an Ooma VOIP system in my home. However, after making sure that my old phone company had transfered my number to Ooma and gotten their assurance that I was no longer connected to my old company in any way I was still unable to distribute the Ooma/voip signal to the rest of the jacks in my house. Description of Work: Anthony was great, he answered his phone promptly, he was busy on the Monday however said that if he could not come that day, he would come first thing Monday, we called him at 1pm to see how his day was going and he said he was on the way over. We had just purchased a new 3 phone system and it seems we did not plug in one line. all in all good experience.

Description of Work: For YEARS, my DSL modem has been disconnected if my phone rings unless I plug my modem into one particular phone jack in my house. Two days ago, the phone company came to try and fix things and cut that good DSL line for some reason. The phone company has also come out at least 3 or 4 previous times over the years for this problem. I was going to rewire my whole house out of frustration, but Anthony did troubleshooting and found two problems. He found a corroded phone line in my phone box and changed a phone jack that used to have two phone lines for the previous homeowners. Everything is finally working great. I no longer have to have my DSL modem line go across my entire upstairs to my spare bedroom. It is now plugged into my office phone jack and I no longer get disconnected when I receive incoming phone calls! Anthony is very honest and said that I have a 6-month guarantee for his work.
