Luis is reliable, on- time, honest and his work is absolutely flawless. He is a lovely lovely person to deal with. Has never done anything disappointing, he is a class act and his prices are very very fair. My husband and i trust him enough that we leave our house to him when we are away-- that is how much I trust him.
