Luis came to home to provide estimate and was open to discussions and options. I brought in others, even one who was slightly cheaper, but Luis presented with integrity and character, and the end result of his teams work was beautiful! I had one area of need that I requested flow up on and he responded immediately and while it was a small request his response was unexpected, positive and excellent. I highly recommend and I already told him that I'll be calling on him to clean another home to ready it for sale also. Additionally, this is a small family business and I love supporting these types of agencies! A great find!!!

Luis followed up on our quote promptly and helped us refine our estimate before we agreed on the job. Then Luis & Laura arrived on time and did a great job cleaning our very dusty windows and screens both inside and out. We felt that they treated both us and our home with courtesy and respect. We wondered how clean our 2nd story windows would be since they were using a pole rather than ladder to reach them. That turned out to be no problem. As we look through our sparkling windows today, we didnâ t realize how gross they were yesterday before Luis and Laura started their work! We will definitely have them come back again. Luis was extremely friendly and professional. I needed a vacant home deep-cleaned for the new owners. This meant floors, closets, cabinets, bathrooms, kitchen, and appliances got a deep clean. During the consultant, Luis asked good questions to understand what exactly needed to be done. He and his team were on time for our appointment and the price was very reasonable. I would hire them again for fire deep cleanings.

Perfect, they did a very good job

I had a dirty tenant that I evicted. Stove was filthy, hadnâ t been cleaned in 2 years, same with the microwave and sink. The bathrooms had rusty tubs and brown stained toilets. LB Janitorial was Very understanding and easy to work with. Very high level cleaning. My bathrooms were sparkling and white, with a nice clean smell. I will recommend them for cleaning.
