Description of Work: I had a great experience with this company. They arrived when they said they would. They made helpful recommendations. They worked clean and made sure I knew how everything worked when they were done. Great job and I will hire them again and recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Shawn was amazing. I had interviewed two other people who wasted my time. One was a complete ripoff, the other so unprofessional he couldn't even give me a quote. Shawn showed up on time, and gave us a very fair and reasonable quote to move audio equipment into a closet, mount speakers, provide a universal remote control, and install a Sonos Sound system for the rest of the house. The Sonos system included the speakers, mounting some, burying wires, programming and connecting other existing speakers to that system. He even helped us move furniture and was so patient and wonderful while we kept changing our minds about where we wanted things. I will absolutely use him again and I highly recommend him. I only wish more contractors worked like he and his team did.

Description of Work: They did audio/video work for us.

Description of Work: I requested that they wall mount a flat screen TV in my breakfast room and attach an existing sound bar also. They mounted the TV and attached the sound bar but they didn't sync the sound bar to the Direct TV remote like I had done prior. I called Shawn, the owner of the company, at least three times regarding this and explained that all I wanted was to be able to turn on the TV and sound bar at the same time without having to manually turn the sound bar on. He said it couldn't be done. |Subsequently my son came by, looked up the install instructions on google and had the whole thing set up in about 10 minutes, including research time. It took one more cable connection which neither Shawn nor the installers seemed to know about. And none of them bothered to check it out. They had their money and we're not interested in resolving my problem.

Description of Work: Calling and making an appointment was easy. I needed a new, larger flat panel tv installed above a fireplace on a brick surface to replace an older flat panel. They came right on time. I was fully prepared to to have to replace the existing mount--no, they said I didn't need a new mount, the existing mount was perfectly good (that saved me a nice chunk of money). They gave me a few options for installing the sound bar. They did an excellent job at the quoted price.

Description of Work: Two gentlemen switched out my old home theater system indoor/outdoor speakers and receiver with new equipment. They were professional and efficient and got it done in a couple of hours including a brief tutorial on how to use my new high-tech HD receiver and universal remote. All in all, very satisfied with the value received. Will probably re-hire them when I get that new 4k/OLED TV!

Description of Work: They unwired all of the wiring that was done for the Time Warner Cable TV and rewired back to an antenna on my roof. They wired to 4 TVs in my home and sit up a system with an AppleTV, Playstation, and Wii. They got everything looking proper and running well. I am now off of the Time Warner Cable service and very happy with this. I have an excellent picture with my antenna and use my AppleTV for all of the "cable" shows.

Sean's knowledge and advice made it easy for me to select the right equipment for our odd shaped family room. He had a great visual sense as well. Both my wife and I are very happy with the install! Description of Work: They did an excellent job of wiring and mounting the TV. They brought all the tools and supplies necessary which was great because i didn't know exactly what was needed. Very neat work and they didn't leave any mess.

Description of Work: Shawn did a great job. He is highly competent, his pricing was very fair and he did a very good job with a whole house audio and home theater install. Best of all he was more than happy to come back a few weeks after the install to do a bunch of fine tuning adjustments. I would highly recommend Shawn.

Description of Work: TV (Flat screen) installation. The offer was not what it seemed. The advertisment was a misrepresentation of the actual services. Once purchased, actual cost were estimated at 2x-3x the advertised price. I would consider this a bait and switch offer. Requested a refund due misrepresentation of services for the offer
