Projector + sound system installation: Really great service, showed up on time, did all the work AND they checked at any point that needed input to make sure it worked for me (how much space to leave between the mount and the wall, that kind of thing). Nice, respectful crew that took care to make sure the job was done well and, maybe just as importantly, how I wanted it to look at the end! Very satisfied.

Shawn is top notch. An actual expert, very professional, very even keeled, even when things around him in the house weren't! Little glitches happened and he was immediately available to troubleshoot them and fix them, even if he had to come over. Shawn is now our permanent go-to for anything with internet, tv, sonos, etc.

Shawn and Oscar exceeded my expectations by removing my old TV and its mount and installing it in another room. This included installation of a new duplex outlet behind the TV. After removing the old TV and mount, they installed a new mount and large TV. They completed both jobs in 2 hours. Mounted TV placements were done exactly as I wanted.

Shawn was very quick to respond to our service request. He was on time and got right to the project. Our tv mount was broken and he tried to make it work. In the end we weren’t able to use it but he had another mount that we could purchase at a very reasonable price. He made sure we were satisfied with the result and was very professional throughout the whole process. We appreciate that he hid the multiple cords and offered us any other services we may need in the future. All in all it was a great job and we would hire Shawn again!

The work went very well. Sean knew what to do and I would hire home again and will refer him to friends. He’s very knowledgeable and friendly.

We had a major remodel done of our entire first floor. We needed a new surround sound system and OLED TV with in wall and in ceiling speakers throughout the house. We also hardwired the house for internet access with multiple access points for whole house WIFI. We also had other smart devices installed. Shawn was a pleasure to work with. He did excellent work and communicated well. He does most of the work himself but utilizes experts when needed. He will stay at it until he gets it right. He has pride in his work. This was a prolonged job as he had to work around other construction workers and therefore be flexible with timing. He never disappointed. Even after being paid he is still available to answer questions and come out to solve any issues that come up. He does quality work and is an honest reliable person that over these several months has become a friend. Highly Recommended

Sean quickly responded to my initial inquiry and quoted his charge out rate. We agreed to an appointment the next afternoon. He kept in touch with me as the day progressed and let me know when he was about to arrive. He showed up wearing a mask and gloves. Sean showed me how to do what I wanted to do on two televisions. I was very happy with the results and will call upon Sean when I need his help in the future. I certainly recommend him.

Shawn arrived as promised and immediately assessed the problem, a faulty TV-VCR-Audio connection. He also checked one other VCR; for both, he showed me how to operate them and recommended labeling the remote controls, and changed the on TV labels so I could easily find the correct settings. Shawn was gracious, patient, knowledgeable, helpful and open to further help as needed. I highly recommend him for any audio, video, plus entertainment center needs. Dr. B
