The TV we moved was in our dining room. We decided to move this TV into the living room, over the fireplace. This was a tricky spot because wires needed to be pulled over/thru our attic. Shawn Gallegos did the work flawlessly, and exactly to plan. He explained what he was going to do, and did the job in a appropriate amount of time. Shawn was professional, knowledgable, and friendly. A pleasure to do business with, and we would definitely use him again!

What we did was actually transfer a TV and wall mount from an adjoining room to the Family room and used the Deal coupon for the transfer. Shawn came in with 2 other team members and they worked quickly and neatly on the transfer and the new mount. We have a home theatre system going in the FRoom and Shawn integrated the circuitry well, wrote me down the instructions to switch modes from one system to another and tested all the components........TV, Music Deck System, DVD player and left an option for a switch- a- roo for a Gaming system add on. His other 2 team members were very, very nice as well, worked well and cleaned up all the wiring behind the media console for me as well. Excellent. We used the new system over the TG weekend with resounding( no pun intended) effect and it went well. We will bring him back to upgrade our projector system at a later date for an upgrade for sure.

Not much to tell, they were in and out very quickly...no noise, no mess to clean up...what more can you ask for.

Shawn did an excellent job mounting our 40" tv over the fireplace, hooking up all the cables and making sure it worked. Very efficient and professional. I'd use him again!

We bought the big deal to have our TV hung and are so happy with the end result. Shawn showed up on time and was very helpful with giving us the best options for what we needed. He also ran cable under the house, into each bedroom.

Shawn was competitively priced and very knowledgeable when he came out for the estimate. His team ended up doing an exceptional job and performed every detail as we had laid out. It wasn’t an easy job and the team ran into some problems in the crawl space under the house, but Shawn’s team was skilled enough to develop a “plan b” that ended up working perfectly. All of the work and wiring they did is now completely hidden in the walls and the setup looks very clean. I’d highly recommend this company!

The experience was great. The tv was hung very nicely in a tight cabinet space. They showed up on time and completed the work and left the house very clean.

Sean came over and provided an estimate and explained exactly what he would be doing. I decided to give him the job and he showed up on time and always responded to my calls. The job was done in a few hours and left the place very clean.

Shawn and his Crew came to our house on the specific date and time we arranged. They mounted 2 televisions on the wall which was done very professionally, and also connected another television with a stereo receiver. They had all the materials they needed, in other words, they came very prepared. After everything was said and done, we were very happy with the outcome, it was very clean, no wires showing, it gave the impression the TVs were like floating on the wall. Shawn is very knowledgeable at what he does, he even gave us very valuable information regarding other related electronic products for future project.

He did not come with the right tools so he had to borrow one of my tools to help him do the job. I had to give him ideas to solve the difficult installation issue that we were in and when he tried to execute it, his rushed job caused damage (more than was necessary) to my expensive, full finished wall. This could have all been avoided if he wasn't rushing. Another thing that upset me is that he stuffed notebook paper into the hole in my inside my wall next to electrical wires that he had just installed, which I feel is a huge fire hazard. He stuffed it in there to create some bulk so that he could plaster over it. Then he told me that he had a party that he had to get to but he was not finished with the work. The TV appeared crooked and when I asked him to adjust it to make it look straight he became irritated with me. I pretty much instated that he stay to fix the TV tilt and explain how to use his equipment. He also sold me a $500 receiver and when I asked him how to use it he again became irritated with me. I told him that I bought it from him because this was the first time I've ever installed a TV and surround sound system and wasn't sure how to use it and I figured he could help me. Buyer beware of this company.

Shawn and his Assistant Hugo were very prompt. They were professional and friendly. They encountered some difficulty in connecting the wiring to my Direct TV receiver but finally diagnosed the problem and Shawn went out and obtained the appropriate cable to properly connect my system. They had to drill holes through a connecting closet to hide the wiring but the process went well. They moved the furniture around to handle the installation and cleaned up well afterwards. All in all I was very satisfied with their job performance and would definitely use them again.

Service very responsive and fitted us in as quickly as possible. We wanted an alternative swivel bracket rather than the tilt bracket that came with Angies List deal. Totally obliged and it cost us $75 extra, which we thought was good, as they can run up to over $200. We are happy and the TV is securely fixed.

Overall I give Shawn a A+. He was such a professional. He spent time with me so I knew how to use all the equipment and all the remotes. He left no mess. He was honest and gave me a very fair price. He has a great personality and I will use him in the future. VERY happy with him!

I would definitely consider using High Definition Audio Video again should I require similar services, and would recommend them to friends, with the caveat about the relatively high prices charged for additional cables.

We found this company through the Angie's List Big Deal on August 31 for $189 for Flat Panel TV Mounting INCLUDING Mount and Cables. We bought two deals. We contacted them that same day and they came out the very next day, September 1 to install our two flat panels. On a whim, we also asked them to install our surround sound system, which cost $150. They did a fantastic job. The TV's and speakers look soooo good and it just raises the level of our bedroom and living room. They even re-hooked up all of our other electronics and cleaned up after themselves completely, to include touching up the paint where there was a little ding. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking to mount electronics or sound systems. UPDATE: After the install we had a minor electrical issue. Once we figured out what it was and that it was related to the install, I sent Shawn an email. He was very responsive and offered to cover the cost of the electrician. Super professional - I love it!

Shawn was extremely professional, and even adjusted his schedule to fit my project in today. He and his crew were clean, professional, and did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them for your next A/V job.

I was very pleased with Shawn and the work that they did on my home entertainment system. I called more than 1 vendor on Angie's list and he was the only one to call back. I explained the work to him and he was able to do it. They completed the work in about 6 hours and even cleaned up after themselves!! They cleaned up all of the wires and made everything look very organized. I didn't know how to use my receiver but shawn showed me how to use it. I would highly recommend shawn again and I plan on using him for any future work that I do on my house.

They are professional home theater and surround sound installers. They gave me a cost of their rates over the phone which they stuck by when they did the job. They offered to pick up additional items on the way to our job to make our system complete. They only charged us for the items themselves and not the time it took them to get the items. We took their advice both on the placement of the speakers they installed for us, but also on letting them change our cable which connects our TV to our HD box. The difference in our picture is night and day, and the cost of the cable was nominal. They did a great job in running the speaker wires in the walls, so that we aren't looking at wires running along walls and ceilings. They did a thorough job in cleaning up after the installation as well. We will contact them in the future for our other audio /video needs as we get to those projects.
