Ofer's work is stellar, but it's his customer service and accessibility that is beyond amazing. He's easy to reach, super accommodating and will explain anything that needs to be (or could be) done in a ways that are easy to understand. We've never owned a home or re-piped, so the process could have been very intimidating and stressful for me. As I'm also not the best communicator, Ofer made the entire experience so much better than i anticipated. He's my go to guy now and the first person I would recommend to any of my local friends/family.

During the big rain, we almost had our house flooded. From the initial call he visited the premises within less than an hour. Ofer immediately assessed the situation, and although raining, brought his crew to find the cause of the water not draining properly in the yard. They found two roots, each between 8-10 feet long in the pipe system. Diligently worked to get it out, without causing damage to the surroundings, concrete, etc... He and his crew worked fast, professional and even improved the drain situation and how we can monitor possible roots in the future. They cleaned and restored everything to it's place after work was done. We are using Ofer's company now for yearly maintenance. i WOULD RECOMMEND OFER AND HIS COMPANY TO ANYONE, ANYTIME!!!

After shopping around for a few bids I was referred by a trusted friend to H2O plumbing. Ofer came by and explained exactly what I needed to do. Unlike other companies that came by, Ofer didn't try and push any products or services to make more money, in fact, he found a way to relocate my old water heater to the back of the house and did it without any extra charge. Not only was his bid lower than the others, he also finished everything in one day, responded to all questions immediately and always showed up on time. I have been dealing with over 14 different contractors / trade's people during the remodel for my house and H20 is one of the best I've seen. Fair pricing and great quality work.

Ofer has become my go-to plumber. He recently fixed my leaky water heater by replacing some corroded pipes. It is not easy to find tradespeople who are trustworthy, honest, knowledgeable and reliable. In my experience, Ofer is all of these. I lappreciiate that he always tries to fix the problem in the most economical and effective way. I highly recommend.
