They are very good, efficient and he came right away. He was good explaining to my tenants what to do and should not do to cause such problem in future.

Our experience with Ofer was top notch! We had many plumbers (over a course of a year) misdiagnose our main sewer line issue and even had advised us to replace the entire plumbing. Ofer found the source of the issue which was completely unrelated to the main sewer pipe -- it was a detached pipe in the ceiling causing a leak by the main sewer line!!! He also fixed our water pressure in the Kitchen which no other plumber could figure out and also saved us from burning out our AC by locating a clog in a pipe. We HIGHLY recommend Ofer and would refer him to anyone in need of an honest and thorough plumber. We couldn't be happier!!!

Ofer was at my house within 2 hours! Of course, once he got to my house to diagnose the problem, the hot water was working again. Despite the fact that it was working again, Ofer quickly diagnosed what was causing the issue and informed me that the fix is going to be replacing the over 7 year old water heater. He kindly didn't charge for me for the diagnosis and was extremely nice and courteous. I'll definitely be calling him when we are ready to replace the water heater and for our other plumbing needs.

I was impressed that they didn't try to get us to replace it when it was fixable and even when we needed a new one they suggested we go buy it directly and they'll install it (nice to know they're not trying to mark parts up). I'd definitely use them again.

Excellent! Ofer confirmed our appointment for the next day via return text, and he showed up on time. I had kept a spare sprayer, so all he needed to do was install it, which he did perfectly. I mention this because the last plumber, who re-installed the exact same sprayer, had a bunch of trouble and left it with a shrill whistle when hot water was used through the sprayer! Ofer provided us with a reasonable quote for the valves and cartridge, and then deducted 5% since we are Angie's List customers. He told me which parts to order from Kohler, and we plan to have him install them. Ofer is very personable and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

We initially used H2O to repipe our entire house with copper. We had to replace all the original galvanized pipe which were corroded and caused the water pressure to be insufficient. Ofer and his crew showed up on time each day and did a fantastic job from start to finish. Ofer is not just the owner but he works alongside his team to make sure the project goes well. Ofer answered all my questions/concerns I had and was very patient/professional throughout the entire process. Since we were so thrilled with the job H2O did with the copper repipe, we reached out to the owner Ofer again due to an emergency with a leaking gas pipe. I called him on a Thursday afternoon and he along with a crew showed up the next morning to fix our gas pipe issue. Ofer and his crew replaced the existing corroded gas pipes, tested the line, and made sure the work would satisfy the gas company. Ofer was very responsive-- I texted him a video of a leak and he informed me it wasn't an absolute emergency, which was helpful. He came, assessed the situation, gave me the price for the replacement valve, returned quickly, installed it, and also gave some insight into what he saw as a potential plumbing issue on my property in the future. My contractor, Creative Home Remodeling Group, sub contracted H2O to do the plumbing installation in my kitchen and bathroom remodeling. The kitchen was done almost a year ago. When I had a problem with the kitchen drain line I called Creative and they had me get in touch with H20. H2O came in and fixed the problem, no charge.
