101 Locksmith Service was highly professional, dependable, and helpful, allowing me to once again feel safe in my home, after it had been broken into by an unknown person.

The guys from 101 Locksmith came to my house the very same day that I called them and re-keyed approximately 20 or so locks. They did a great job, were very fast and professional throughout the entire time. I recommend them highly. Interestingly. . . . and on a related note, during their visit, I had a refrigerator repairman come to fix my icemaker. The repairman claimed that he needed to come back a week or so later because he had to get some parts for the repair. After the repairman left without fixing the icemaker, the guys from 101 Locksmith, who had overheard the conversation, offered and in fact did fix my icemaker after the re-keying of my locks. Pretty funny story. Thanks guys.

My first experience with an Angie's List supplier was worth my now two-year old membership! I discovered the back yard gate lock frozen at 10 a.m. and our gardeners were due in the afternoon. 101 Locksmith arrived before I even finished processing the coupon available for the service - and the approval notice to them from you came in as I was writing the check, which included the allowed deduction. Have to admit I admire not only the professionalism but the charm - especially when, realizing one of the gateposts had loosened, they resolved the problem with a few strong twists on a couple of bolts. From first contact to conclusion, 101 Locksmiths were prompt, professional, and friendly. We bid out the job to 4 companies and their cost was a fraction of the highest competitive bid and less than half of the others. We had a big job that involved a bit of everything - new knob/installs, re-keys, window/door locks, and doorknob/bolts swaps. Everything was completed well and efficiently. We also found them to be very honorable. When we found something was damaged, we reached a satisfactory agreement without drama. We would hire them again without hesitation.

They responded to my call within an hour and opened the lock in one minute.
