please read the above mentioned,. I was not only fed a line of crap from this guy telling me that my $20 coupon was for a service visit only and not anything else and yet someone that isn't even licensed fixed my lock . The guy who fixed it is referred to as drunk by your client ( the locksmith ) and really I am told that I should have asked for a refund instead of him texting me himself ( he has my number ) or just giving me back the refund of $25 for the coupon plus the $20 that I had to pay him extra . He also had an attitude by the way his response was written and I believe that I the customer should have been talked to a little nicer than what I was given . I will never use his services again and I want my refund but I don't want to have to deal with him. He can send it in the mail to me.

These guys were great! They were on time and told me how much it would cost to drill the safe open before they started any work. They also told me that this was a cheap safe and wanted to make sure I still wanted to go forward with the work. I loved the honesty and will use them for any other issues that come up with my locks. I have had such bad experiences with locksmiths over the years but these guys were great!

The guys showed up on time and were extremely professional. I initially thought I needed the front door re-keyed, however they explained and showed me the type of the lock on the front door was not the right type of lock and suggested I get a new lock. Actually there was no locking mechanism in the lock. Since the deal I purchased through Angie's list was to have my locks re-keyed, he honored the deal by applying the coupon to the purchase price of a new lock and still gave me a discount. I have already given there business cards out to a few friends and would highly recommend 101 locksmith.

They showed up with 10 minutes of the scheduled estimated appointment time and the repair was done within 30 minutes They had a replacement part in the truck for the broken part, so did not have to go back to the shop for it

Professional, friendly explained costs before performing work. When I explained I did not want to replace defective locks because they were on finished wood doors and new locks would not cover previous spaces they suggested doing a rehab and greasing that would most likely suffice for years. At all times they were gentlemanly and cleaned up what little debris was caused. I would certainly hire them again.

I called 101 Locksmith and was able to get an appointment the same day. Naom arrived at my house three hours later – as promised. He also called me when he was leaving his previous job to let me know that he would be at my house in about 20 minutes. He arrived on schedule. Naom quickly opened a sliding glass patio door lock where the lever lock was broken off – in the locked position. Naom was friendly and professional. The job went smoothly.
