Excellent. I had a few more windows that the coupon called for; he charged an extra $25. Victor and two workers started work immediately and were finished in 45 minutes. Perfect job! Other than a few drops of water on the kitchen floor, everything was left in great shape. I was so pleased that I asked him to clean out the gutters, which he did for $95. I figured I was going to make it rain, with clean windows and cleaned out gutters!

Victor did not show for scheduled appointment, despite the appointment having been made Friday (for following Tuesday). Said he forgot to write the appointment down and forgot about it so no call, nothing. When I called him, I told him I was going to request a refund and would not deal with him further. Waited for him for three hours.

Great service - Highly Recommended

The service was great once I was able to get a hold of them. I bought the deal from Angies list, took about a month and several phone calls to get a return call to schedula an appointment. Once my appointment was scheduled, they showed up on time, completed work quickly and efficiently. I have a house with a complicated roof, multiple levels and nice copper gutters. I expressed my concern about not damaging my gutters with their ladders, and they were responsive and careful. Overall great experience, just dont expect an immediate response. I would hire them again to clean my gutters.

I bought a Big Deal from Angie's List for gutter and roof cleaning. I called Victor and scheduled a time in early December 2013 for the service. I stayed home from work all day, but VIctor was a no-show. He did not respond to my phone calls and messages for over a month. Finally, out of the blue, he texted me on January 8th and said he had been really busy over the holidays. He wanted to do the work that day. I agreed and he came within an hour and he and his men did a good job. I would use him again, with the caveat that his scheduling is not the most reliable.

They didn't come to the appointment and didn't respond to my three phone calls. I got a refund from Angie's List.

Victor was awesome. He came back to do our carpet. I purchased their carpet cleaning but it was out of this region. He called and found out that and came in for the same price and did our carpets. So I’m still waiting for a rebate from the other one. He did a great job. He said he does not remember doing a deal through Angie’s List so then he took his time to look into the matter and told me the reason I don’t remember it was because I didn’t do it and that was in a different state. So I did fill out a form for refund. He said he’ll match the price and he did. It’s a good company. He finished his previous job early and called to ask me if he can come an hour early. He was very prompt and super polite. He’s just a sweet young man. I’ve already recommended him to 2 of my friends.

Victor and Mario came a few minutes before scheduled. looked at all the windows and got to work, one cleaning all windows and a glass door( My old house and difficult access to some windows didn't make it easy) The other power washed the house.. They were very efficient, personable, and did great work. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.

No work was done! Dec. 18th was the last contact I had with the provider. Dec. 23rd was the last time I tried to contact him. Here is the story: As this was my first purchase on Angie's list, I didn't realize the emails went into my messages on the site instead of my personal inbox. I later found out that Victor had sent a very nice accommodating email to the Angie's list email. I felt bad, but once we had that straightened out, on Dec. 4th I called and left a message for Victor. He texted me back pretty quickly and was nice about my misunderstanding stating it was okay to go over the deadline. So, we made an appointment to have the work done Dec. 17th. On the 16th, since I hadn't heard anything confirming, I contacted him by text and phone to try to confirm. Nobody responded. So, I waiting on the 17th, called twice, texted, but nobody showed up. At 5:30 pm on the 18th, Victor texted an apology as he had a family emergency out of town and did I want him to come the next day...I told him I was so sorry about his emergency but was not available that very next day, but asked if sometime in January would work...told him I'd need to check my schedule for an exact date. He texted me back right away and said he'd wait to hear from me. On the 23rd, I both called and texted with two possible dates in January (the 13th or 14th), but I figured since I didn't hear from him that he likely would get back to me after Christmas...but nothing. It's now the 13th...so I'm done! It's too bad, he seemed nice but then he would just disappear! I don't understand what happened or why it happened??? I hope his family emergency didn't take over...but I still need a refund as I don't trust him to not leave me hanging anymore.

Mr. Garcia and his associate arrived precisely at the scheduled time. We had a brief conversation about the job at hand, and then I left him to commence work. It was necessary to gain access to the single story, family home, and his ladder provided it. A combination of tool use AND hand labor...succeeded in loosening the debris; a gasoline powered blower did what the tools and their hands could not do. The ground area was thoroughly cleaned of the gutter clogging matter. At all times, Victor was professional - in the extreme; he was cordial, energetic, polite and left me with no anxieties about any aspect of the work performed. I recommend him without qualification, and I hope that he can work you into his schedule (he mentioned that he won't schedule more work than he can do the way that he wants it to be done..., and that's a VERY good frame of mind for a real professional like Victor Garcia.

A couple of young guys did the work. They were quick, efficient and good humored.

I purchased the "big deal" - Roof and gutter cleaning -- on Wednesday. They got in contact with me right away. I said any weekday after 8:30 would work for me, because I work from home. They responded with a "window" of between noon and 4:00 the following day. Victor arrived right around 1:30. He was very personable, and professional. The two of them got to work on the roof. They did the cleaning, and then bagged the debris and hauled it away for me. I was very pleased with their service, and will probably have them back in a year to do it again.

The initial result was good. He did good work but the problem was, it was really hard to get him scheduled. I guess he had some family issues and he was out of town. It took me about 2 months to schedule him. The windows were very clean. He was very careful in the house and very quick. It was a big deal purchase. He did more windows and charged me another $80. It was clear in his deal. It was only for 15 windows and I had more than 15 windows. I thought the price was pretty reasonable.

Terrible. I had to get Angie's list involved in order to get him to reply to me after purchasing the big deal and then contacting him. He committed to an appointment, but called at the time of that appointment to say there was a family emergency. This is reasonable so I rescheduled for the following week. He did not come to that appointment. Never called, Never responded to my calls. I would tell folks to steer clear of this service provider.

We bought a coupon which only covered the single story home. He just charged additional $20 to cover the additional work of two story home.

I had made 3 appointments to get the job done, but he never showed up. The day that I took off work, he just left a business card on my door. No contact has been made since then.

Complained about the fact that they were multi-pane windows. Ended up negotiating that they only clean the outside of most of the windows. They did a good job.

It was fine. There was a little mishap. He got sick the first day he was going to show up and never called me so I had to call him back like, dude you were supposed to come here last Thursday. He was like, oh I got really sick and so I was like, can we reschedule or what? He was a little bit short on follow up because he was not able to keep the original appointment and never really called me back. That kind of sucks but I mean when he showed up and did the work it was fine.

The worst business I have ever dealt with, on Angie's List or elsewhere. To reiterate: Failed to contact me for two weeks after I purchased this service. Failed to show up (or call me to notify me that they weren't going to show up) on the first service date that was arranged after I called them. Failed to call me back to arrange another visit after not showing up on the first date. Failed to show up (or call me to notify me that they weren't going to show up) on the second service date. Failed to call me back to arrange another visit after not showing up on the second date. Failed to show up (or call me to notify me that they weren't going to show up) on the third service date. Failed to call me back to arrange another visit after not showing up on the third date. Failed to show up (or call me to notify me that they weren't going to show up) on the fourth service date.
