This guys never showed up. I called and texted but he never called back to reschedule the appointment. I bought the coupon for gutter cleaning for $99. I hope I can get y money back

They did an excellent job and even did some extra work for me.

They're not reliable, they don't return calls. He did good on the windows but the reliability is F. I remember him calling about something and I said, "well, we did have a contract where you would notify me," and they said they will do it but that didn't happen.

They were very good. They were quick, efficient and cleaned up themselves.

It was good. It was what I expected. The quality was good. I think they did a great job.

They did a pretty good job. The price was good and it was needed to be immediately done; their price was what attracted me to them and it was a service that needed to be done. They came on time and they did the work that they said they were going’ to do.

Shortly after I purchased this Big Deal in March 2014, my husband was diagnosed with a sudden heart problem, and we've both had several medical issues after that. On November 5, I called Victor at ProStar. He answered the phone immediately and told me that he would still honor the Big Deal, and could come to clean my gutters either November 6 or 7. He didn't call, and when I tried to call him, it went straight to voice mail. I've tried calling several times since then, leaving messages, but he never returns my calls. I will now choose another company. Thanks very much for processing this refund.

I bought the coupon and tried various ways to schedule the service. There were even available dates provided. The service provider just never contacted me at all.

or brother We bought a Groupon for 15 panes inside and out. We read reviews which said their work is good, but the responsiveness and timeliness can be a big problem. We found the same. They were hard to get in touch with - did not return calls. then did not show up when scheduled. After rescheduling, they showed up late. Even late after they said they were "on the way." They were not! But when they showed up, they did much more work than promised and did it professionally. The father/owner did not show up the first time. The second time, the older son never did not show up, although he said he was on the way. The younger son, on college vacation, did show up and he and a helper did a great job and did much more than promised. I tipped him because of the extra work and because I felt bad for him having to pick up the slack for his family.

Due to problems with scheduling I wasnt able to use the deal. After over a month of attempting to get services scheduled we set an appointment and he totally blew us off. We waited around all day for him to show. He has been very awful!

Tried to reach out to provider via email and phone. No response to emails. No answer and no voice mail service on phone. Got through once where someone answered and said they could not talk and would call back. They didn't. Coupon is expiring at the end of the month and I am afraid I will lose the money, so have requested a refund.

He was very polite and courteous. However, we tried 6+ weeks to schedule this, and it has been impossible to get this scheduled therefore we are seeking a refund. He needs to be easier to get a hold of and accommodate the deals he purchase.

They were not prepared to do a 2 story Victorian house. They sprayed up high, but there was not much pressure on the 2nd floor which was where the woodwork is. They didn’t use a latter at all and they were not very thorough either.

After leaving several messages for service and sending e-mail, I got a call back from Victor Garcia, the principal of the Company. We scheduled an appointment for a date two weeks later. He was a no show. I have left at least six messages asking him if he still able to perform services. He has either not called back or his telephone message box is full. I do not think this is a legitimate business.

Showed up promptly. Offered a deal on cleaning extra windows and added a power wash for the exterior of my house. Was communicative, and polite. Finished work on time and did a great job. Would highly recommend!

Scheduling was tough Had to change couple of schedule dates cuz of non-availability of the provider Had to adjust the cost as the provider said the rates were only applicable for a certain size of the job

Terrible customer service, did not even call me back to make an appointment. I finally had to get a refund through Angie's List

I contacted them for a quote. They provided me an approximate quote. They told me that they have a job in Fremont on 5/22/14 and will come to my place for inspection so we can finalize the price. They never came, I called them many times. No one picked up the phone and also no voice mail option.

I booked the deal on Angie's List, paid the $155 on credit card. Left a message w dates and such and my number. Got an email in proper time and later a call to firm up a 1pm appt. for Thur. May 22. Talked w the person to do more work and had added power washing at $75 for just the exterior walls, as he explained. Thursday 1 pm no show. All afternoon I waited, no calls no emails, no show. I waited a couple of days , send an email to them thru the Angie site. To date, I see no responses. THIS IS THE 2ND PRE PAID 'DEAL' FROM ANGIE LIST THAT THE 5 star VENDOR WAS A NO SHOW NO RESPOSE NO EMAIL. More then the money, I have to NOW ask for to be refunded from Angie list. I have wasted much more important non refundable asset, MY HOURS OF TIME. I am very disappointed w Angie's List. I don't need to pay good money for list of poor vendors. Angie needs to do a much better job of screening these deals. MY TIME IS MORE THEN THE COST AND TAKING TIME FROM WORK TO WAIT < TWICE< NOW FOR NO SHOWS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

The company was not acknowledging the e-mails I sent so I called them and set up an appointment for Friday, May 23 and they did not call back to cancel or show up for the appointment and I ended up performing the work myself.

They were really friendly, and super nice, and they left behind some cleaning supplies for us to use. Two of them came out, it was a guy, and a younger girl, and she was friendly, and they talked politely, and they were fast. They were early, they called and showed up early.

I called the provider on the day after I purchased the coupon 9/28/13. There was no business answering machine at the number. When I finally reached the provider he could not schedule a date within two weeks. I tried back again several weeks later. Months later I finally got a date and by then we were in the rainy season and it had to be cancelled. I continued unsuccessfully to try to get in touch. The experience was very unpleasant.

Scheduling problems, and when finally got it scheduled then he never showed up.
