The team did not show up for the first appointment we scheduled, and we were not able to reach them that day due to their phone being turned off or going straight to voicemail. We finally touched base with them at the end of the day and then awaited a call to hear if they were available Wednesday. After a few more calls, we finally nailed down a time for Wednesday. As agreed upon on the phone, they came on Wednesday morning and did the work. Unfortunately, the back part of the house was neglected. It's clear more attention was paid to the front of the house. The painters we hired had to perform additional powerwashing on that side before painting.

They are amazing. The guy showed a great deal of respect for my property. When he came into my home to talk to me – he took his shoes off. They were very prompt and did everything as promised. They did a great job and they were very neat. They left no mess behind and if fact my landscape was left CLEANER than before they arrived. No additional fees were associated with the Big Deal. I would be very pleased to use them for window cleaning in the spring.

It was easy to schedule a time with Victor and he arrived promptly. He gave me a quote and it was very reasonable. He had another associate with him so they just simply went to work. Took a couple hours which seems very efficient to me. They were very professional and did a good job cleaning up once the job was completed. Totally worth the amount it cost!

Because I can't get up on a ladder, I really don't know how clean the gutters are. They left a bit of a mess behind. That was a little disappointing.

I initially had some trouble connecting with Victor and there was some missed communication here and there, but when we did connect he promptly set up an appointment and did the work. They did it quickly, and now that spring is here, we are ready for winter. ;-)

I was very disappointed in this provider. They should have called me back.

No Fuss ... just scheduled a time they showed up... cleaned the gutters. Never met them .. but all is well.

When they finally arrived they got to work right away and were done in about 45 minutes. They did a good job of cleaning up any messes they made.

I was extremely pleased with the results. Victor and one other person came out, on time, and did my whole upstairs (approx 1200 sq ft) in less than three hours. They got out almost all the stains on my 20 year old eggshell-colored low pile carpet (a couple just aren't going to come out and I knew that before I called them). The cleaner Victor used did not have a strong smell, and I did not have to worry about my cats walking on it, then licking their paws. They left the house in great order, and also left me a bottle of spot cleaner to use on my more stubborn stains. (I have a cat that throws up his food on occasion). I highly recommend V and G Carpet and Window cleaners.

It turned out okay. He missed the initially appointment. We had to reschedule, but once he came out he did good work. There no additional fees associated with the Big Deal.

He was responsive, courteous, and professional. We will use his services in the future.

We used the Angie's List deal of $129 for window cleaning of a one story house. We paid and additional $55 to include the upstairs windows. Victor and associate did an excellent job on the windows and screens, and were finished in record time! Victor is courteous, friendly, very reasonably priced, and also pointed out some potential problems with one of our windows. We will definitely use his services in the future.

As I recall, Victor contacted me within 24 hours of my purchasing the Big Deal. He was professional and accommodating. He was a little late for our scheduled appointment, but telephoned ahead. (One common transposition in the name of our street into his mapping device took him to the other side of town.) When he arrived, he and his assistant got right to work. Our south-facing family/great room alone has seven 4x4 windows, French doors and four skylights. When the job was complete the entire house sparkled. The skylights were not included in the price of the Big Deal, but they were done at a reasonable additional cost. We were happy with the results and plan on using the service again.

Victor and his crew are courteous and efficient. They did a great job at a very reasonable price.

I am very satisfied with their service. They cleaned the gutters and remove the debris very good. Definitely I will hire them again next year.

Person arrived on time and proceeded to clean the gutters. Our home is two stories with the garage on the first floor. He used a ladder and cleaned the gutters. It took about 1-1/2 hours. He did a good job and was very courteous.

It went fine. The quality could have been a little better, but it was reasonable for the price. The people were very nice and professional. They were very prompt and I’ve referred them to a friend.

It was excellent. They did a really good job. They charged me extra because I had more windows than what was in the deal. Two guys came out and they were very nice, very presentable, and explained everything to me before they got started. The guy put something over my shoes because my bedroom was carpeted although the other floors were not. The windows came out really nice. I think that they should list that if you have over 10 windows, there would be an extra service. I think that should have been listed in the contract. I don’t remember seeing that on there. That’s something you should know about because what if you don;t have the extra money or you are on a budget.
