I originally had a coupon for 10 windows and with the caveat that if I were to do more it would cost more. When the contractor came, he saw that he could do all my windows, but needed another ladder. So we scheduled him to come back to finish the outdoor windows. It was excellent service, he came in quickly, got all the work done and did a great job. He had a great crew.

I purchased the Deal back in November, but I have have nothing but problems with ProStar. I have made several attempts to schedule the work, but there has been nothing but excuses. No calls, no emails, NOTHING from him. He has excuse after excuse, I find him extremely unprofessional and a lousy service provider.

Several phone call attempts - no return call. Finally got the vendor live to schedule - scheduled for April 10th in morning - vendor no-show.

He called me immediately after I purchased the promotion and when I didn't call back, he continued to try contacting me which was great because I'm the kind of person who sometimes needs a little push. However, I had been traveling quite a bit and wasnt able to set up a time within the frame allotted on the promotional price. The owner was great; he allowed me to jse it later, we set up an appointment, he came on on time was very nice, thourough and tidy. I would definitely fecommend them and I will use them again. By the way, I live on the third floor of a condo building with a patio. No ladder was needed.

I am very happy with this company. They are prompt, started their work immediately and did a great job on they windows and carpets. They are also open to discuss any changes or additional work you may want. I needed some additional cleaning services besides what had been discussed prior to their arrival. We quickly came to an agreement on the additional cost. This company does quality work at a very fair price. I highly recommend them and will use their services in the future.

I signed up for the Angie’s list offer in February, but didn’t want the service performed until later in the spring. I finally contacted them by phone and arranged a date twice, and no one came either time. I finally realized I had called the owner’s father’s number, and another date was arranged. The offer had been for 15 panes, but he did the whole house because of the mix-up. He did not offer to replace the screens, and items moved to access windows were not replaced (lamps, chairs, etc.)

After purchasing the deal for gutter cleaning from Angies called and scheduled an appointment in December last year. They didn't show up for the appointment and phone calls were not returned. Later scheduled an appointment for April 5th and again no show and calls not returned.

In fact, the service provider never contacted me, nor responded to emails.

I purchased a Big Deal of window cleaning from ProStar window cleaning. After a couple emails to schedule, the last time I heard from the vendor was April 11 to set up an appointment on April 28. I tried to confirm that date, but did not hear back from him via email. The phone number provided does not have voice mail. I've also texted him. I have heard nothing from him and he did not show up for the appointment. Of course, I've asked for a refund and, since this was a Big Deal through Angie's List, I expect to get the money back. However, this was a huge disappointment as he started out responsive. Some tips to Victor with ProStar: - it doesn't take long to answer a customer. They'd rather hear "no, I can't do that" than hear nothing - set up voice mail with your phone service. Highly unprofessional to not have a way to leave a message. - if you say you're going to show up, show up.

I've been waiting 35 min for a 10 am appt that was made about 9 days ago. No call, no show. House is upside down with everything moved away from the windows. Voicemail isn't even set up. Sent a text and an email . Hoping I can get my $$ back from the big deal I purchased. I will only change this review if Victor shows up or makes good on the de I purchased.

Very disappointing from the beginning. After an automated reply, I heard nothing.

He told me upfront about the additional fee and the service was good. However, I had a hard time getting a hold of him by phone to schedule the deal.

I had a really difficult time getting a response from Victor. I wrote him an email and got an initial response, but wrote him back and never heard back. I called his phone number and left voicemails 2-3 times, hoping to hear back and never did. I finally got him on the phone on April 15th, and we set up a time for him to come to my house and do the gutter cleaning the next day, April 16th. Since this could be done without me being home, I wasn't aware that he didn't show up (other than that I didn't see a business card or invoice), until I got out my ladder and checked my gutters, and sure enough, nothing had been done. I never got a phone call from him saying that he hadn't come, or that he needed to reschedule. I called him on Saturday 4/19 and today 4/21, and both times, I am unable to leave a voicemail as the recording says that the voicemail has not been set up yet. Victor was very nice on the phone when I talked to him, but is either clearly overwhelmed from all the Angie's List business or he's not a good businessman. I would like a refund of my $99 and I will pursue services elsewhere.

Excellent %26 very thorough job cleaning all interior %26 exterior windows. It was fine. I did not spend any more than what I purchased the big deal for because I negotiated with the guy who came out and I did all the screens myself. I had more than the 15 windows that were part of the deal so he did all the windows and I did the screens which I thought was pretty flexible of him and I appreciated that. The only thing was that it was really hard to find an appointment time with him.

The service was fine, they cleaned around 18 windows. I was able to use the deal right away.

The whole experience was a disaster.

The crew came on time and did a pretty professional job.

There were huge volumes of leaves and they took everything away and left everything clean and tidy. The one glitch is that they didn't show up when first scheduled and didn't call to reschedule. However, when they discovered this, they were very apologetic, and to make amends they offered to include the extra work cleaning the gutters on the detached studio without charge. That made me feel satisfied and I would definitely use them again.

They did a very good job.

My house was slightly bigger than the Big Deal included and I asked them to do my whole home and I aksed them to do some additional work for me as well. I asked them to pressure wash a deck. I completely understood it would be an additional fee. It wasn't a surprise. They couldn't complete all the work in one day so they came back out. They did a really good job and they showed up on time.

It was fine. They showed up on time. They were professional and the quality of work was good.

The service and I have no complaints.

Provider emailed that they did not include Oakland, then when I agreed to an extra gas charge of $25 wrote that they would need to re-price the job since it was limited to single-story homes. (The Angie's offer to which I responded was directed specifically to Oakland members in the caption and contained no size restriction.) I felt this was almost a bait-and-switch ploy and advised the company by email on March 5 to cancel the job and credit me. The Angie's charge was billed on my March 15 MC bill. I would like a credit to my account.
