Description of Work: I bought an Angie's deal for window washing in January and emailed the company three possible dates as requested. I never heard from them so in February I emailed them again asking when they were planning on coming. No response. In May I emailed them asking if they were still in business. I finally got a reply and we set up an appointment for yesterday. No one showed up. I called 6 times yesterday and twice today. They do not answer their phone and there is no voice mail. I can only conclude this was a scam and to request my money back from Angie's list.

Description of Work: They never showed nor called. Appointment was scheduled for Tuesday, April 8 between 10 & 11am. I took all my valences down; moved furniture away from the inside windows and waited all day, but no one from the company showed nor telephoned me. I did telephone them 3x on 4/8/14 but never received a call back. You never get a live person.....just voice mail. I also emailed them on 4/8 & 4/9/14 w/o any response. I'm very disappointed.

Description of Work: I purchased The Big Deal, $155 Interior and Exterior Window Cleaning. It went fine. The quality could have been a little better, but it was reasonable for the price. The people were very nice and professional. They were very prompt and I’ve referred them to a friend.

Description of Work: Nothing! I have tried many times to contact Victor Garcia to set up a time to have my home's exterior pressure washed with no results. I have sent at least 3 emails and 10 phone calls. We did set up a time on Nov. 19, 2013 , I called him an hour before to remind him, and was told he had traffic court. He promised to call as soon as he was out to set up another time. Guess what he never called! I want my money back, I trusted your special deals and this is what happens. I do hold your company responsible for this mess. Description of Work: Nothing, I bought this service a week ago and have not heard a thing from them, or from anyone at Angie's List...I'm not pleased with either one of you. I contacted him again and set up an appointment to do the work..Not only did he not respond to my call or email, but never showed up to do the work...I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF THIS COMPANY

Description of Work: V and G never contacted me! I contacted Angie's list 3 weeks or so to request a refund and was put on hold over 45 minutes! Possibly because I asked to speak with someone regarding a refund?? I would never use this company again and I expect to receive a refund of $99.00 from you immediately. The charge was made on October 16, 2013. I am very disappointed.

Description of Work: Cleared gutters and roof debris. Overall they did a good job at a good price. I was a little annoyed that the $99 deal for unlimited linear ft of guttering did not extend to double story buildings - apparently this was in the "fine print". This is quite understandable, and the price we negotiated was more than reasonable, but It it would have been better if this was made explicit as it is almost a in direct contradiction to the stated unlimited linear ft claim. |

Description of Work: Excellent service! In addition to regular size windows I have several built-out garden/atrium windows. The screens and windows sparkle inside and out and I' doing the happy dance! He'll be back next year for sure.
