Description of Work: They were not responsive. The deal was misrepresented. They didn't really service my area. Only when get enough business to come to East Bay. If I had known that before, Iwould not have purchased the deal. So felt money was wasted. I paid for the deal but did not experience the service.

Description of Work: Angie's list says that the provider will contact within two days since purchasing service. Provider never contacted me. Neither upon receipt of an inquiry nor returned my calls.it's been almost 3 weeks since I purchased their service so I'm going to cancel it.

Description of Work: They cleaned my gutters on a rainy day, which I really appreciated, but never came back to clean off the roof, the other half of the job -- impressed they came without my knowledge and didn't leave a note. I never noticed a difference.

 + 0 moreI responded to a coupon on Angie's list. Victor Junior called back that same day. My windows are crystal clear. All indoor dirt: fingersprints and hazy film plus outdoor dirt and the blech from doing nothing more than hosing down the exterior windows are gone. He was on time (a little early which worked out great) and very courteous. He popped off all the screens, cleaned the sills in and out, hosed down all the screens and replaced everything. Put our garden hoses back as he found them. I had 10 windows and it was all done in just under 2 hours. I was so impressed I am going to try V&G's steam carpet cleaning service next week.
Description of Work: Clean interior and exterior of 10 dual pane windows - seven of which were double hung - remove and clean all screens.

 + 0 morePlease refer to the services performed. Sorry, but I would not hire them again because I did not like their quality of work. Updated 6/12/13 I have a home in Palo Alto where the window cleaning was performed by V&G and I stand by my review.
Description of Work: I hired this company to clean windows of our two-story townhouse. The two men also cleaned the blinds in one bedroom. However, after the patio door glass was cleaned, streaks appeared so I asked the man to clean it again. He did so and there was still some streaking left. I didn't ask for a 3rd cleaning. After the team left, I noticed some streaking on a couple of other windows. The other problem was that when they cleaned the blinds, there was a tracing on the glass where the blinds hit when they were being cleaned--like an imprint of the blinds upon the glass. I didn't notice this until after they left or I would have had them reclean the window. I cannot recommend this company.
