Not good. Vendor made an appointment to do work and never showed up and didn't even call me to let me know he wasn't showing up.

Welll.... I gave the low rating on puntuality due to the fact that first appt to clean the windows was missed entirely. When I called on the morining of the appt because they had not arrived I got no answer and ended up leaving 3 messages. They were due @9:00 am and my husband stayed at home until noon waiting for a call back or arrival, but none occurred. I then sent an e-mails via Angie's list asking that if the work could not be done in the same week, I wanted to cancel the service and get my money back. Upon arriving home, there was finally a message apologizing for the delay and offering to do the work the very next day. Because the house was already prepped for the work, I said yes. Victor arrived pretty much on time and proceeded to complete the window cleaning in a timely manner. I have to say he is a very likeable young man and did a good job, but should be a bit more proactive in contacting his clients when something occurs that prevents him from getting to the job when scheduled.

It went well. He charged me about $25 extra for the exterior fireplace and skylight cleaning. The detail of the work was generally good, however i did have to point out a few things that i thought could have been cleaner. He had no problem with complying to my demands.

Had car problems with first appointment, but with second appointment, came on time, worked hard, and had all done in less than two hours. Very professional.

They did a fantastic job - the windows sparkle. The crew was fast, courteous and professional. I was a little nervous about having anyone do my windows as I've heard horror stories about screen and shutter damage but my fears were unfounded. I highly recommend V&G and certainly will use them again.

He did it in one hour, he was very efficient.

Sounded like a great deal, but I was shocked that after an email and two calls, I didn't get any response in over 10 days. This was my first experience with Angie's list providers. I hope my next is better or I will be looking for a refund.

victor called and we set up a service date and time. He arrived late without calling to advise me. He said he couldn't find my number. After the poor first impression, he did an excellent and efficient job. I will hire him again in the future.

Generally good work, but they missed one part of my house which had some mold on it, probably because it was difficult to access. I don't think they cared enough to solve the access problem, so they only get a "B" grade.

Fair quality but worked hard.

Went beautifully. Victor, Jr. Called me right away to set an appointment, worked around my difficult schedule graciously, showed up on time, did a thorough and excellent job at a reasonable price. Very courteous and accommodating, too. I am very pleased.

the services provided were done well. we had a mix up about timing. the first time he came he told me that the windows would get dirty from the spraying and so they should be done, so we rescheduled to another day. that day he showed up several hours after he said he would be there. but he did show up and do a good job.

I knew from the offer that it included 15 windows and I had about 33 so was aware there would be extra cost to do the whole house. I felt it was a reasonable extra charge for the additional windows and paid about $250 total which is inline with others. It took about 4 hours. The only reason I marked down slightly on quality was due to a missed window that was still missed after I pointed it out during the job. Otherwise the windows looked great. I would have them out again.

Victor was extremely professional, pleasant and responsive to calls and any questions I had. When he and his partner were done he wanted to have me do a walk-through of his work. If I saw a smudge or other problem he immediately cleaned it. The entire time he was very friendly and willing to please the customer in a genuine manner.

Great job! Victor came on time (but had my address wrong, so ended up starting about 40 minutes late), but did a fantastic job. Quick, efficient, two men working to do all the surfaces in the house. Ended up paying a little more for some extra work, but extremely nice and professional. I will use them again. Everything still looks great after over a month.

Victor and his team did an excellent job. They are very professional and thorough. Our windows really needed the cleaning and the results are fantastic. I suppose I was so accustomed to our dirty windows, now it is as if there is no glass there. Very nice work. Thank you Victor!

Jose did a wonderful job. My windows sparkled with no streaks. Screens and window sills were also cleaned well.

The actual window cleaning was terrific. I would be giving an 'A' across the board except everything else (scheduling, follow-through) was a bit choppy. I bought the package as a Big Deal and then got it scheduled for a certain time and date. After waiting for a few hours, no show and no call. I had left our home and cell numbers, and email, in case a reschedule was necessary. After a couple days went by, i sent a message asking if we should do a refund. They offered a new date, which we accepted. On the 2nd try, they arrived on time and did a terrific job. As an apology for missing us the first time, they even did the skylights which were not included in the deal. Very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately, dirty rags, a razorblade, and a small stepladder were left behind after the job was completed. Again, the actual window cleaning is top notch. I highly recommend the work as long as you have some patience for the rest.

Victor did a good job and was very responsive. We reached a reasonable price for extra windows and skylights which were not covered by the "Big Deal". I will use him again.

A small team descended upon our house and left our windows sparkling and our carpets spotless in no time at all! Everyone was exceptionally friendly, efficient, and professional. I simply cannot believe how clean our very grungy windows are now, and I only wish that I had called them sooner. Also, we have a dog, cat, a 1-year-old, and beige carpet in the master bedroom and nursery. Not a great combination. However, our carpets are now spot-free and super super clean after the carpet cleaning. How long they will stay that way is anyone's guess between the 4-legged and 2-legged walking dirt collectors we live with! I have already recommended this company to our family and friends.

The crew was prompt and did a good job. I think they anticipated a much bigger job, so the job took only about 40 minutes, with the crew of 4. The windows and screens look great. The only criticism I'd have is that the sills weren't cleaned, which I didn't notice until afterward.

Unbelievably quick and thorough and well worth the wait - we had to re-schedule more than once due to V&G's popularity and the wide geographical range they cover and with Bay Area traffic they can't always be where they want to be. Both guys were great, professional, easy and friendly, hard workers. I really appreciated them and would definitely hire them again.

He was the greatest. He worked very efficiently. He did a marvelous job. I can't say enough. I will definitely want him again we do our windows again. There were a couple of extra windows that we were charged for. But we have a lot of windows.
