I have called them countless times and they are unresponsive. I am going with another company on the deal.

Washed my windows. It went very well.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out very well. It may have taken a couple of weeks for them to actually arrange the time. There were no extra charges. My tenant who was home at that time said that they were professional and he actually seemed to be very impressed with them as far as being professional, and they did the job very well. He was actually quite happy with it. They have good pricing. It was very good value. It took a little time to get a hold of them. Once we got the appointment, they showed up when they were supposed to.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company. It went okay I'd say. The guy who came out here he did come when he said he was going to. I actually called him just to verify because I had not heard from him, we had corresponded a couple weeks prior to that. The only thing was I don't think they did the best job in cleaning up, there were some wires on the roof that were left dangling after he cleaned up and I think in the front yard there was something else that was not as tidy as I expected it to be after he cleaned the gutters. But over all it was decent I think. It wasn't stellar. I did not pay more than what the Big Deal was for.

Purchased a deal for exterior pressure washing through Angie's List. When I called to schedule the soonest available appointment was mid-day a few weeks out. However, they never showed for the appointment and made no effort to contact me to reschedule.

Victor was very quick and efficient when it came to doing the job. He cleaned the gutters in the time promised and said our gutters were in good shape. I mentioned that I noticed he did windows as well and was he willing to do ours before the Thanksgiving holiday? Victor's schedule was pretty full but he put us down for the a.m. on 25th of November. He called me on the 25th and said he was not feeling well but would try to come later in the afternoon, and if I weren't at home would just do the job and bill me. I really wasn't sure if he would come at all but when I returned from my shopping in the afternoon, Victor and his helper were washing windows. They were quick and finished up pretty quickly. I was happy with both jobs provided. Normally I am impatient w companies who do not return calls promptly or are hard to get a hold of -- and would give them low marks for responsiveness and professionalism. But like many small business owners, Victor does not have an office worker who answers phones and schedules appointments. Most of these guys do it all and it's really lucky if you catch them by phone. So although it took a couple of weeks to connect, I give Victor high marks. He turned out to be a hard worker and eager to do a good job. I am satisfied and feel my patience was rewarded.

He was fantastic! When he was finished the whole downstairs shined.

We had a terrible time scheduling services. He said he was busy and cancelled twice. When he finally showed up he performed the service contracted for.

Took awhile to get a return call - the provider mentioned they have been busy. However, the gutters were cleaned today.

Arrived on time for the appointment. Looked over the roof and location of faucets with me. Gave me a report on the condition of gutter covers. After that they finished the job on time with in an hour.

I had to call the provider and email 3 times before he responded in the first place. There was not much flexibility in his schedule to set an appointment for my house. We finally agreed on a time that I would not be home but he would have access to my property to do his work. He explained to me that the detached garage was not part of the deal I bought from Angie's list. I asked him to call me once he was at my house and give me an estimate. He never called. I called him a few times that day. He never responded. It turned out he hadn't been to my house at all. I left messages for 3 more days - no response. Finally I told him in a voice mail I would take action and try to get my money back. He then responded and set an appointment for the next day at 9.45. He did not show up. At 10.10 he called and told me he can't make it. He would come by later and do the garage and leave me an invoice. I thought that was very unprofessional. I want to know what I will have to pay before I commit. Finally at 12.30 that day he showed up. Gave me an estimate for the garage. Did his work. I paid; he left.

We had troubles connecting initially. When we had job scheduled (this took a couple of weeks), they showed up on time and did an outstanding job as cleaning. I am having them back to do power washing and carpet cleaning.

It didn't go at all. I called them twice. The first time I reached an actual person who promised to call me back. He didn't. About a week later I called again, and left a message with my name and number. No response. I think I made a mistake in the first call by saying I had an Angie's List voucher; they may have concluded it was going to be an unprofitable job.

When they first turn the power washer on it wash aime at one of my big windows and it tore up the screen. They proceeded to wash the two story house (which was really dirty) but it was hit and miss some parts of the house was still dirty like it hadn't been touched. I paid for 450 square feet I believe, and my house is smaller than that size. I felt like they did not have much experience. Anyway when I pointed out that they had ruined the net in my screen Victor took it down and said he would take it to his shop and put a new netting in it. I have emailed, called his cell phone and he has not responded. It has been six weeks now. The screen is app. 6ft by 4ft. I can not open the window since it is on the yard side off the house and I get lots of flies, mosquitos, and moths. My last email to him was telling him I was reporting to you and will look into getting a lawyer. He should not be on Angie's List.

The job was completed as agreed. The cleanup, which was important to me, was done thoroughly.

Cleaned the gutters and made sure the down spouts were free of leaves and free flowing. Blew the leaves and material off of the roof and cleaned up afterward. He was professional and even arrived early for his appointment. I would use his services in the future.

It was very good. I’m renting the house and the tenants told me they did an excellent job in cleaning the windows. The neighbor was very impressed and wanted to get the number so they could go ahead and have their windows cleaned as well.

They were efficient, fast and really competitively priced. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

Came more than an hour late. Hooked up a machine to my water supply and sprayed the windows. Did not bother to cover automatic garage door opener mounted near garage door or the doorbell. Water on these would have them inoperable! I had to do it myself!!! Next time I will do it myself!!

I think he just blew everything out of the gutters and some of the debris on the roof and the skylight. The rest of the debris just came down on the property. He just left the debris and didn't clean up at all.

Victor did such a great job. I had actually had my windows cleaned by someone else a month earlier and they really botched the job. Victor came in and fixed me right up. My windows look great and I will definitely call him in the future whenever my windows need cleaning.

After buying this coupon, I was sent an email confirming my purchase. I requested a couple of possible dates for the service to be performed. I didn't hear back from the company for awhile so I left a voice message to follow up. After some time I was contacted and a firm date was set up. I was also informed they wash windows and was given a quote. The crew was good and efficient and the job well done.

Victor and his team were wonderful. Victor even brought his pressure washer to clean the walls and while he was at it, washed all the cobwebs from the trees and bushes on the patio, and my windows sparkled.
