Description of Work: Set up appointment and Victor called and cancelled due to family emergency. Then reset appointment and he did not show up nor did he call or respond to call.

Yes, thanks for finding time to send a review however when i called back which i did and you answered, you said you were to busy to speak, you shouldve mentioned this as well. Our appointment had to be canceled again because i was involved in a motorcycle accident and wasnt able to perform my work obviously, however my wife called you and left a message with no response from you again, you shouldve mentioned this as well. However i was able to inform everybody else, and they responded to set a date again for this week as im fully recovered, thank you for checking in on the message center without bothering to mention we did make attempts to call you but you never called back. I would not leave you to be waiting for no reason, I like to keep a good relation with all the people we do business with, apologize if it didnt work out, but, have a good rest of your day and good luck.

It went well.
Description of Work: Victor called twice to set up an appt. He called again to say he was running late. We walked around the house and I pointed out the windows I wanted washed. He did an excellent job. I will use him again. In the future he will power wash the patio & walkways.
