Description of Work: I have a very thick, heavy, old oriental rug that had not been cleaned in years (mostly because prior experiencesw with other rug cleaners were not good). In addition to soil from normal use in the living room, the rug had pet stains. Rick Lewis was reasonable, prompt and professional, and even better, when he returned the rug it looked almost new. Pick-up and delivery were included in the price and that also included moving furniture as necessary. I will definitely use Lewis again.
