Their regular clean is really bad. The floor has little black dirt on it after the clean. The door has marks which can be wiped out easily. There are dusts on top of the outlets on the wall. The window clean is bad too, they didn't clean the exterior of one window and it's within reach, they have many excuses to not clean the window. Now I have to do all the clean all by myself, why would I spend money to hire these "professionals". I asked them to change another technician to fix the missed clean parts, first they said what I do is light clean, light clean is like that, then they me for more money to fix it. You'd better hire another company to do the clean.

The gentlemen that provided the service were not friendly when we opened the door to greet them. They just came in measured the furniture and quoted a lot higher than the original quote even though exact measurements were provided. Also asked me to sign the order even without giving any explanation. They did honor the original quote but did not offer the scotch guard on any other product for the after care. Unfortunately these gentlemen are reflective of the company and I am disappointed in the overall service.

First of all, the carpet cleaners didn’t show up and then postpone to the following day and then show up 30 mins after the appointment. They finished the carpet steam cleaning. Later I found out a small patch of carpet was burnt. I won’t use them again.

They were super responsive, picked up phone over wknd, scheduled appointment the very next day, very reasonable quote with a few options to choose from and a job well done!

Very well. I liked the automated text messages with schedule confirmation, "on their way", etc. Actually arrived earlier than scheduled (after calling to check whether that was OK). Got all of the stains out. Carpet took 24h to dry, as they warned me in advance. Looks great now. Only irritant was their trying to upsell me to more services than I wanted, but that's no big deal, I just said no.

Great. They came out and gave me a free estimate, I made an appointment and they arrived on time. I'm pleased with the work they did and though I did not check with other carpet cleaning services, I felt their price was reasonable for four bedrooms. We only moved out what we could carry. They also called with a follow up.

My carpets looked better than the day I moved in!

Arrived early. Did a great job on room and stair carpets.

Perfect, Sergio was attentive to our spots and had solutions for certain stains.

Price was a bit high for the small job ($250) but the work was fine and I felt there was value for the services rendered. I would hire again

Loved this company. They were easy to deal with on the phone and in person. They arrived on time and were very careful not to let the cats escape. They turned a very tired old (and very dirty - ten cats, three children and one husband) into one that I am proud to own again. I shall definitely be using Lewis Carpet Cleaners again. Lewis Carpet did an excellent job. They arrived on time, asked all the right questions about what finish I wanted, how many coats we'd agreed on, about worn areas and tinting them to blend. Very professional regarding the work and clean up; definitely take pride in their job. I've used Lewis Carpets before for carpet cleaning and they are efficient at getting stains out of older carpets.

It went well. The servicemen were able to get a stain from a beverage spill out and cleaned a front entryway runner even though the coupon's fine print said I needed to bring the runner to their facility. This is a large house so I was surprised at how far their equipment was able to reach.

Very well given the condition of the carpets, he put a lot of effort into making it look as good as possible.

It was pretty good. It was pretty competitive with Stanley Steemer and all those. He was very good. They were on time, and actually longer (inaudible). They were professional, very friendly guys.

Two workers came out. They were professional and helpful. They moved the furniture to get the rugs out. When they brought them back, they put the rug down and made sure the nap was going the correct way the light hit it. They lifted a very heavy couch and asked if placement was fine or did it need to be moved. They did everything right.

Good job but cleaning revealed carpets were old and some were damaged so decided to replace them.

I could not be happier with the service that Lewis Carpet Cleaners provided. From start to finish, Lewis was friendly, efficient and professional. Prior to utilizing Lewis, I had a phone conversation with Shane, who was exceptionally thorough in explaining their services and the various options available for dealing with my situation. When we dropped off the area rug to be cleaned, Shane diagnosed an issue I didn't even realize we had. Lewis addressed the issue in my home within days. At all points in both the cleaning and moth deterrent processes, Lewis staff kept me informed; I never had to wonder when cleaning of my area rug would be completed, and timing of the home service was confirmed both in advance and on the day of service. Costs for the services were extremely reasonable and significantly less than I had anticipated. For all these reasons, I would happily contact Lewis Carpet Cleaners for future cleaning needs and recommend them enthusiastically.

The tile in our kitchen and family room has been neglected for some time and needed deep cleaning and sealing. Lewis Cleaners took the extra effort to make sure we were satisfied with the results and came back on the weekend to do the final buffing. Very happy with the results and service.
