Quality of cleaning service was excellent. Many hiccups in scheduling pick up and delivery.

The rug was very clean when they returned it, though not perfect. They explained that some stains don't come out of wool rugs because it is a natural fiber. They also gave me a spot cleaning product free of charge.

We could not ask for better service or work. The assessment was very reasonable, Paul & Andyvwere extremely professional & comfortable to work with. The rugs, which were quite soiled, were returned within a week in excellent condition. The large Chinese rug, which originally white, was white again for the first time in years. We definitely will use Lewis Carpet Cleaning again.

The provider showed up promptly on the agreed date to pickup the rug. He clearly explained the services, how long it would take and availability of additional services (Scotchguard, minor repair). When the service was completed a week later (as promised), they returned the rug and helped place it back in the proper location. It was spotless! Great job. Great value.

used an Angie's list coupon to have a small oriental rug cleaned. I brought it to their site (although they do offer pickups). Staff was very friendly and the drop off and pick up was easy. Took about a week. They called me when it was ready for pick up. Best part- it was free!! Can't beat that. I was expecting to have to pay a small amount even with the coupon since it said "limits apply". But, no, they did it for free. Great customer service and business decision on their part because now when my other larger rugs need cleaning I know where to take it for great service.

Morgan & Fernando were true professionals. They came in gave me an estimate & got out almost all of the stains on the carpet.

We bought a deal for cleaning area rugs. That deal only covered a runner and a medium rug for our entryway. We added a dining room are rug and had them create pads to go under all 3 rugs. They were very prompt and courteous, our rugs look great! We would use them again.

They were very professional, arrived on time and took the carpets away. They delivered the carpets back exactly on time two week later. Adrian and Juan were professional, helpful and did both the pick up and delivery efficiently. They helped us move furnitureon the pick up and put down our rug pads before relaying the carpet. Though I know they had several other deliveries to do that day they did not just rush through the relaying of the carpets but made sure that they looked great. The carpets also look beautiful. Will use them again soon. Would highly recommend.

It was great, it was fantastic. Turned out great. I would recommend them, definitely, I thought the prices were reasonable. They did a really good job, cleaning the carpet. I have recommended them to friends and family.

They were fast with the work. However, they seemed to have some organization issues. The quote for the rugs was hard to read. Before they returned carpets, a woman from the office had called for payment. I had to explain to them that they still had the rugs. The rugs were returned in about a week and they were pretty quick. They got the job done and it was adequate. There was fringe on the edge of the rugs that were missing when they returned them. They were very nice, friendly, and quick. Overall, my experience was all-right.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of Lewis Carpet Cleaners. They were punctual, professional and my carpets looked beautiful. It was the first time I had sent out my area rugs for cleaning and I was a little nervous. My carpets came back in beautiful condition. I would definitely use Lewis Carpet Cleaning again.

They were very punctual but then I didn't hear back from them so I called and asked when I would get my carpets back. They were delivered the next day. Maybe it was just a matter of timing and they would have called me to return the carpets but it seemed a long time to clean them so I called them instead. The main carpet I was hoping would come out clean still seemed dirty in two high travel areas and I thought it would look better.

I purchased a "deal" for $119 worth of carpet cleaning. That included pick up and return to my home. When I scheduled pick up, I told them it was an 8 X 11 but I wasn't told there would be an additional charge. That was what the gentlemen who picked up the carpet had to break to me, and quickly backed away from selling me pet odor removal and scotchguarding as additional options when they realized I didn't know I'd have to pay an extra $56 for the cleaning. BUT: the carpet came back after only a week and it was an incredibly good job, the colors were vibrant again and it looked like a new carpet. So I would definitely use Lewis again, confident in the fact that you're going to get a good job even if the price is higher than competitors. (I had used another Angie's List deal for carpet cleaning and although the price was $99 for an 8 X 11 rug, the job they did was nowhere near the quality of what Lewis did).

There was some scheduling confusion, but this was in part my fault. The service, itself, seemed quite good.

From 1st phone contact, staff was very friendly and helpful. rates and quality of work excellent. used a coupon. will use their services again.

It went great! They came in quickly and rolled up and took the rug in my baby;s room. My older dog had a few accidents on it and I wanted to have it cleaned rather than replace it. They did a great job. It was back within a week and looked brand new! Will definitely use them again.

I delivered the rugs to them so that I didn't have to wait for them to schedule a pick-up. The people there are very nice. They called to say the rugs needed some repair on the under side. I agreed. I have to say, the repair was not done perfectly. It just entailed gluing down the binding on the bottom. They missed a couple of spots. And, the could have taken an extra minute to trim some straggling threads, but didn't. There aren't many places that will do area rugs for the price. So, all in all, a good value.

They did good work and they kept all appointment times. They held back the rug while I had the flooring put in as well. They were really easy to work with. I will absolutely use them again.
