They were on time, very helpful, and professional. They worked quickly and when they had questions, they asked me before.

Called me as they had been running late - no problem. Arrived at time the told me. Very professional and explained all the details of what they needed to do. One item to note - we bought the special for $139 (great deal) but that was for a 12 foot sectional. The extra 3 feet was an additional $110 bucks. Seemed kind of high but didn't really have a choice. I guess I needed to pay attention more to the details on the deal. Overall very happen to have them come and clean it. Gave us a bottle of spot remover, too. I would use them again

It wasn't remarkably clean or fresh upon it's return. The completion was also delayed due to some clerical issue. For the price I paid (I used a deal from AL), it was probably fine.

It produced amazing results. We used a gray grout for our floor tiles and it darkened, due to wear, over time. Lewis Cleaners cleaned them and the floor literally looks brand new. I was very impressed with the prompt customer service, great price, and professional service. Definitely using them again! In fact, after I saw the results of the floors, I had them give me quotes for future carpet cleaning! Super friendly service.

Carlos and Fernando were easy to work with and very responsive to my questions and concerns. I am very happy with the slate, tile and wood floors cleaning/sealing projects. My hardwoods were especially difficult as a previous owner had put down and removed double-sided carpet tape which stripped the wood completely. They didn't get them back to perfect, but they look oodles better than they did before and in most cases are now barely noticeable. I have already recommended the service to others.

nice people, but when the rug was delivered today, there was still a big stain on it. no one alerted me to the fact that they were unable to get the stain out, they just said it was ready. Also, the rug did not look good and smelled very chemical. I sent it back with the delivery person to see if they could remove the stain, we will see what happens. I fear my rug is ruined, though.

The price I paid to you, I considered was a "come one" price. It could also be considered a "bait and switch" price. The estimater and cleaner were the same. They said the Angie's price covered only a tiny bit of the job. I have a small kitchen and a small family room but they wanted to charge $600.00 more for the job. I had my marble entry way cleaned, and that was another $400. It was the $600. plus the Angie's List price for my small kitchen and family room which was terribly disappointing.

These folks do a great job. Our rug looks like new and the service was great. All the work was done on time. Lewis has my highest recommendation. Note our cost included an extra treatment for pet stains and a new pad.

Lewis Carpet Cleaning sold me service for $99, but as turns out, that was not applicable to my kind of floors. Then they offered me a cleaning service for $1080. This is 10 times more expensive, by the way, new tile would cost as much, so why would anyone spend this kind of money on just cleaning? Just like all other deals I bought at Angie's List, this was a bait and switch. The most annoying thing is that now I can't get my money back. Instead of refunding me, provider sent me to Angie's List. Angie's list won't refund me either, instead they suggest I buy something else. I am pretty fed up with Angie's List. They love money too much, can't part with it even though no service is provided for it. UPDATE: Angie's List issued a refund.

Appointment was confirmed the prior day. The person showed up on time. He clearly set the expectations on what he can and cannot do. Recommended sealing after the cleaning - no hard sell. For the price we paid, I feel the service was very good. I plan on repeating the service every year.

I am very happy with Lewis. Scheduling was easy and efficient and all of my questions were answered in a very professional manner. Thomas came as scheduled. He was punctual, friendly, and helpful. My kitchen floor looks brand new. I am amazed at the magical transformation from dark and dirty to bright and clean. I strongly recommend Lewis without hesitation.
