Description of Work: They came out and cleaned the grout in our shower that has marble tile. The grout had gotten black with mold in some places and it was impossible for us to clean it because we couldn't use bleach on marble. Tom and his co-worker did an AMAZING job! I couldn't believe how clean the grout was. It exceeded our expectations! We plan to have Tom come out every year or two. They also cleaned and sealed our granite counter tops which also looked great afterwards.

Description of Work: I took a wool, 8 X 10 rug into Lewis Carpets. They would have picked it up but it was easier for me to drop it off than to co-ordinate scheduling. |The rug was cleaned beautifully in two days. Any spots that were there when I dropped it off were gone and the pile was soft and fluffy. |All in all, a great experience and I will use them again when needed.

We received a prompt visit and estimate. The estimated cost was quite reasonable. Cleaning was performed the next day and they did an excellent and conscientious job. A two-man crew allowed some of the light to medium weight furniture to be moved to clean underneath and behind. Overall we were very pleased and plan to use this company again the next time.

It went extremely well. They were very friendly and accommodating. They cleaned the rug more than 2 times because it was so dirty, but still kept the price at the quoted $100. Very nice and outgoing, interested in customer service. I will be going to them for every cleaning service they offer when I need it.
Description of Work: 8' x 10' rug to be cleaned. Got an estimate over the phone of $100. Took it in myself. They confirmed the price at $100. They also told me that since it was so dirty, it would take 2 weeks to clean and be ready for pickup. They called two weeks later that the rug was ready, and I picked it up.

They did an excellent job. They used non toxic cleaners. My carpet is usually sticky and greasy after a cleaning, but after they came it was soft and clean. They were fast and efficient as well.
