It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine; it was okay. They cleaned the rug well and there was not a problem. I would probably use them again.

Rugs came back not even vacuumed. Staff friendly and professional, but seriously. send a dirty rug out and get a dirty rug back? Total waste of time and money. They may be good at some things, but absolutely suck at rug cleaning.

We used Lewis from a coupon promo with uncertainty. The guys were great and did such a great job including getting our pet stains/odor out we were amazed. Now we are thinking about taking our area carpets to them after having one of their competitors do a lousy job.

Used a coupon through Angie's list for $200 worth of cleaning for $99. All looked good. Had some significant running of dyes in to the fringe on one less expensive small carpet. Did not realize this till sometime after they were returned as I did not have them lay them back down upon return. They were super responsive in fixing this problem, as best as possible.

First time around the floor didn't clean up well and the wax application was very uneven. Rick Lewis came right out to check the floor and returned himself to help get the job done right. We would use this company again. .

Everything clean. Upholstered chair got a new hole in fabric. It was an old chair.

My experience with them was good. They did a good job cleaning it, and they got it done quickly. I paid $150 over the $99 coupon. I think they were expensive, but I would use them again.

I had purchased an Angie's List deal for Lewis Carpet. I had never heard of the company and didn't know that there was a company in the area that would pick-up my area rugs and clean them. I was very pleased with the service that Rick Lewis provided. The wool rugs came back bright and beautiful AND didn't smell of chemicals (or anything, for that matter). I was extremely pleased with their service and they will be the only ones I call in the future when I need my rugs cleaned. Thanks!

It went very well. I told them I needed two men because I have very heavy furniture. Only one came out but he was able to do it and he did a good job.

All the people were very helpful and all their employees acted like they really liked what they were doing.

As expected. Would have used this provider to reseal our granite and marble counters too but Lewis prices in this area of expertise were much more expensive than the local vendor that our contractor recommended ($1000 vs. $300).

Hall runner came back clean and large area rug came back clean and fluffy. Stains present that I knew could not be removed but they are hidden under the bed. Several miscommunications regarding scheduling but the rugs were delivered on the day I needed that to happen. The delivery crew was very helpful - assisted in turning around the rug pad and laying the rug out properly to fit the space which required lifting the bed. I appreciated the pick up and delivery and the turn around time was within a week. Staff is polite and helpful.

I was very happy with the services that Lewis Carpet provided for me. They did an excellent job cleaning my area rugs and I was thrilled that they offered the pickup and delivery service! I very much appreciated that they offer that convenient service! I had been putting this off for so long because I couldn't find the time to gather the rugs and wasn't looking forward to having to haul them to a cleaner. The gentlemen that came to my home, both for the pick and the delivery were very courteous, polite, and professional. They called me in advance to let me know they were on their way. They went over the invoice in detail so that I understood the charges. My rugs were cleaned and delivered back to me in 10 days. I also received a follow-up call from the owner to make sure that I was happy with the work they did for me. Overall, they did an outstanding job and I will definitely use them again!

Thanks to a super Angie's List coupon deal, I got 4 small carpets/area rugs cleaned for a very affordable price. The price hooked me in, but the quality of the job and how quickly they were able to do the work was the best part. They were very responsive to my questions about how they would do the work and their process as well as how quickly they could do the job. I dropped the rugs off & picked themup and everyone I met was very nice and accommodating. I've recommended them already and will keep them in mind when I need more rugs cleaned.

They were very attentive, it was a quick turnaround, and I was satisfied with the outcome! I would definitely use them again.

Good job done. Charged extra to come to San Jose from Redwood City. It was an Angie's List special. The only reason I may not use them again is because I would rather not pay extra for their trip and just use someone local.

They were excellent. They were very nice. The owner brought it back and laid the rug. He made a recommedation of a pad which I agreed too. He was very customer friendly.

They were precise and prompt about their pick up and delivery of the carpet and the turnaround was really fast. They suggested several upgrades we could have purchased but were not pushy about them. Having just had an enormous vet bill we were only interested in the cleaning. It did seem like the carpet was not as light as when we originally purchased it and had hoped for more on that front but given that it's 5 years old with lots of foot traffic it was probably a very good cleaning.

We moved to the Bay Area from Las Vegas into an income property that had tenants for the previous three years. The tenants had not really taken care of the place, and were on the fence about cleaning or replacing the carpet. Rick and his crew came in and did a fantastic job breathing one last life into these carpets. They cleaned them, put down a bacteria guard, and then applied a stain resistant treatment. The whole place finally felt clean. We will definitely be using them again after the carpet is replaced later this year. They were on time, professional, and courteous. They also had reasonable pricing.

They were everything I would want in a carpet cleaning service. It was easy to make an appointment with a few days notice. They showed up promptly. They moved furniture moved fast and did a good job. Professional, friendly, thorough.

Started by buying a coupon for carpet cleaning for a large oriental wool rug. Because of the size of the rug...I paid another 70 dollars to get it cleaned....but they were good and prompt in returning the rug. Then they mentioned that they also did marble cleaning and sealing so based on the good work they had done with the rug. I had them work on our bathroom counter, floor and shower stall which were stained and dull. They sent 2 guys for 5 hours to clean and did and excellent job...even in the places where the marble had cracked and the stain had leaked into the veining. They were professional and explained clearly and simply what they were doing and what cleaning substances we should use and avoid in cleaning the marble. They not only brought back the shine to the marble but also the original varied colors. Definitely going to be calling them again.

The rugs were returned the day after we returned from vacation. When we lay them down, my wife and I noticed that some of the spots were still on the carpet. The company had sent us an email asking if everything went well and if we were satisfied. I replied to the email explaining that one of the rugs had stains and spots on it. We got a call from Lewis Carpet almost immediately after replying to their email. Johnny, the person who called, wanted to schedule a return visit to see if they could clean the spots for us. He did say that it was possible that the spots had set and they would not come out. A few days later on the scheduled day, the cleaners came out to take a look at the carpet. They said that some of the spots were definitely set and would probably not come clean. However, the wine spots should come clean. They cleaned the spots right there and they did come clean. I have to say that Lewis Carpet is very a professional company. The staff is very courteous and they want to satisfy their customers. I would use their services again.

I called late one afternoon, and he showed up the following morning. He completed the job and I’m happy with the work that he did! I didn’t have to move the furniture out of the room, which was nice.
